I am definitely not going to backout. I will fight for it. He didn't even provide the downloads and its almost 2 days and now when I asked for refund, he is not even replying even though I contacted him through different means.
I hope the warrior forum admin will take action against such people and I will also open a dispute with paypal.

I have had a couple dispute filed via paypal on crappy WSOs (digital product) and I got it every time. So long it is under 45 days from the date of purchase, you will win if you file one. If you bought it via warriorplus, just send an email to their support desk and they will process it.

I have contacted the WF admin and also warriorplus support desk. Hope they will help me out in this matter. It was a big mistake to buy a product from this seller, but I have learn't a lesson.

Please refund both my $97 purchase (ID:00739035E6598192N)
and the $47 upsell (ID:8CC947786V030432S).

I has been exactly 25 hours (well, less than 26 hours) since I purchased both and would like to exercise my right to cancel within 48 hours.

I haven't gotten a response from my Skype request or email request from this morning and wanted to make my refund request in public so it was documented.

You don't provide download links for almost more than 2 days and for some almost 3 days and when I asked for refund, you don't reply...and then you think its not necessary. I'm glad I went to your previous thread and checked out and saw all the people who requested for refund and that's the reason I asked for a refund. This wouldn't have happened if you would have given us some of the download links but I'm glad that didn't happen! Anyway, Good Luck with everything, I hope you learn something from this.

I'm curious.

Did ANYONE ever receive this product???

I'm one of those fools who actually gave this guy the benefit of the doubt and just asked him in 10 or so emails to just send me his product.

What kind of person would go to the trouble of creating a WSO, paying the fee, and then piss everyone off by not delivering, not returning messages and promising once a day to get you what you paid for and then not sending it???

Vivek, congrats man on your sticking with it. I'm still out the money but it's because I can't believe the guy would be so stupid as to not deliver on a paid for WSO??

I'm so glad I didn't make that mistake and I asked for refund, before receiving anything from him. I went to his previous sales thread and saw many people asking for a refund and decided not to go ahead. I was suspicious the moment I read about his guarantee - a whooping 48 hours???? what do you call that? It just shows that he himself doesn't believe if anyone will stay with his product for more than 48 hours. I buy quite a few wso's and I never heard of such a guarantee. I might be wrong but I don't think anyone must have receive anything from him still. If you have and if you make money, then good luck to you. I don't have anything against daniel, but I didn't like the way he handled the situation and lack of communication. I wish you best of luck. one piece of advise, next time have a proper internet connection and some backup so you can upload files quicklyand definitely a longer duration NO QUESTIONS ASKED money back guarantee.

For all warrior forum that did not get a refund from this SCAMMER
all you guys you should a file a dispute on paypal, so they can closed his account
but make sure to do it at the same time, so paypal will notice that he is SCAMMER

If you guys have no success with a PayPal dispute (as I didn't, on the grounds that PayPal's Buyer Protection policy didn't apply to virtual goods), just call up your credit card company and file a chargeback. Hopefully you paid with a credit card.

Do you mean that hopefully we used a credit card attached to our paypal account and not money from our paypal balance?

As of today I can join the frustrated members of this forum who have requested refunds from Daniel Faraday without resolution. Paypal informed me that I have no recourse because it is an intangible product. Mr. Faraday will not respond to any of my emails to help resolve this issue. Has anyone had any luck? Any suggestions?

I just got notified by PP as well that I will not be getting a refund... this is the first time I have been purposefully scammed right here on the forum. I know he was banned but I would still like to have some recourse. I joined the petition but would like to have his real contact info if anyone has it. I'd like to reach out and touch him personally so he understands the error of his ways and thinks twice about doing this to anyone else in the future.
