I'm looking for trusted seo provider who can deliver me the results of page 1 ranking for my offline clients (after some seo providers in the forum failed to get me the results because of panda/penguin update)

I was considering signing up with VitaRank earlier and saw some negative reviews on their tier 2 Blog posts being badly spun content. I am always looking for a good avenue to do some things outside of normal SEO process are you able to send me a sample report of a 10 star pyramid?

I actually just read a little more and love the fact that they are drip fed over 20-30 days. I guess I will not get much of a report as anything past tier 1 is private.. So on the tier 2 private network what kind of page ranks are they and are they going to be niche related on all posts?
