I am heading out the door, and wanted to pick this up because I've bought other WSO's from you in the past and really enjoyed them. It took me a lot of time to check this WSO. It was couple of hour.

It is so much content how to do everything very precisely.
From finding the niche, keyword research, building website, getting clients and outsourcing. You can read how to do everything. Actually you can listen and watch the videos where you can learn everything step by step to build $10k a month in 6 month easily.

This WSO is now my blueprint to follow how to build rental sites.

Disclosure: I received an advanced review copy and I have known these two Aussie warriors for a year. Ryan and Emma are the real deal.

You should be able to go through the course in about
1 hour reading the PDF, or a little over an hour if
you want to go through the Videos.

I personally absorb info faster reading and the PDF

First, you state "6 figures a Month" in the title (which would be a minimum of $100,000 per month - and that is a very bold claim), but then in the sales copy talk about taking 6 months to get to $10K per month. So, was your title an error? Did you mean to say 6 figures a year?

If you did intent to say 6 figures a month, are you and your husband making that much with this, or is that just hypothetical, after years of doing this model and continuing to outsource it?

Second, you describe this as passive income and then at some point talk about selling these sites? I could see renting them as being passive, but if selling them is the goal that's not passive, as you would constantly need to create and rank new sites, etc. so you could keep selling them. Could you clarify how this is passive?

Third, you mention you include "cold calling scripts". Most people don't like cold calling, so is that the primary way to get clients with your method?

This is a solid easy to reach 5 figure per month system.... gah..... (this has been sent to the graphic artist for amendment and thanks for pointing it out!)

Like I say through the whole course it is 100% scalable and to reach 6 figures per month is doable but it will def take time...... but OMG you would be RAKING it in

You also were asking about selling sites, this is a fast cash tactic. It gives you a a good cash injection if you need/want but like I mention you should also be selling SEO to go with the site which is passive, so its a win - win. Cash in the pocket and passive income

Cold calling is hands down the easiest way to get clients, if you like earning money you will at least try it I do give you resources to outsource, and you know, you could always post an ad here on warrior...... eg: rent my site and you get $x cash or $x per month as long as its rented - Now there is some motivation right there!!!

I do also go over direct mail and give you a template to follow. It is also effective, but got to make sure that you follow up each and every customer contact.

Good customer service = good and returning customers

I cover outsourcing in deepth and how/why outsourcing is important to leverage your time within your business and grow.

Lead Gen Vs Renting Sites = Honestly, its all about how you position yourself to the client. Business owners want more customers, you can deliver that to them in a 100% hands free approach.

I find getting business owners is usually easy - but the underlying factor is what traffic are you getting. Its not too much of a hard sell..... business owners want customers and you have them - Booyah

It is not that hard to get above Google Places - don't let that daunt you, a long term link strategy will see your rankings continually increasing, and yes, overtake GP

Below is a exert from a report completed by Cornell university, it shows what type of traffic (in % form) you could expect to get depending on your rankings.

At the end of the day you mus be getting traffic to your site. Effective KWR and ranking for a variety of KWs will see you getting traffic for offline businesses.

Ranking is very important and so is KWR they have a a strong relationship and build the foundation of success with this model - they go hand in hand

How long is a piece of string.... lol

It honestly depends on the KW you choose and the competition. The method I use you can usually rank the inner pages very quickly 2-4 weeks and then main page for the golden traffic KW usually 4-12 weeks.

This is a passive income, long term business, well worth it IMHO

This is definitely a thumbs-up product. I've been through all of the videos (haven't analyzed the PDF yet--just skimmed it) and found tons of good information. Emma's explanation of the various tools they use was specific and spot on. Her presentation is coherent and easy-going.

This is more of a detailed business plan than a "get-rich-quick" formula, so if you're looking to make a killing in 72 hours, you'll be disappointed. The suggestions are realistic, and lead to reasonable, attainable goals.

Emma discusses outsourcing and gives some pertinent, specific examples of tasks to outsource and even people to hire. In the end, it's the how and what, and not the who, that's most important.

A couple of minor criticisms: the background noise in some of the videos is often distracting even though the overall sound quality is good. Some of the slides have embarrassing typos, and Emma actually pauses the recording at one point to take a phone call. I'd like to see a more technically professional presentation. It wouldn't take much to go up a notch.

Finally, my suggestion is to get in now and enjoy the lowest price, because you're going to want this one. It's a diamond in the rough!

Just got this and do not see the actual sales information with the scripts, mailer info, how to close the deal and all of that talked about in the sales area, please tell me (or us) where to find this.

Also I do not see any good documentation for the WP theme? How large are the slider images? I do not see a place in theme options to insert a new slider so how to do that? How do we change the speed of the sliders, etc. Please assume that all buyers are WP newbies to be safe and understand they need the tiniest instructions on how to create this without having to outsource it.

Yeah we show you how to build, rank and rent/sell the site. The WP theme is customisable so you just need to add the graphics for the slider and a header to target any niche you want.

This method has a world wide audience it doesn't matter where you live or where you build the sites.
