I never flipped a site before. How long it will take from ground 0 till I have a project to offer at flippa ? I can work half a day on this.

I actually have no money so I need to lend some. What is the ROI on average in terms of timing. Can I make the $400 back in a month (assuming I do my part of the work) ?

I love building sites - but HATE driving traffic to it. Are the sales depending on existing traffic ?

If I can get to $2500 - 3000 profit a month FAST I'm in.

It should take 7-10 days for one to have their first website up for sale. Of course, it can be much faster but I'm just giving it a conservative guess.

Yes, you should make those $400 back within 2-3 flips which should be done within 2 weeks, if you put in the work. :-)

Not in the first module but in the second module, we'll discuss things that will require us to drive traffic to them. It'll be time consuming a lil' but don't worry... it won't be boring. In fact, I'll try my best to make it a lot interesting.

The main problem I have seen in other site flipping books, is they don't tell you how to create highly desirable sites that sell fast or they only teach you how to make site that can only bring in $100 to $300 and not $1000 to $3000 types of sites.

I really was into getting this course but things went worse and I have no money at all to spend.

But I did some research at Flippa in respect to what sells and what not.

There is a pattern to see, the value a site sells is in:
- Traffic to the site
- Age, PR and size
- UNIQUE content
- Sales generated (not important what source)

There are few sites which go for a few thousand bucks, and even to sell a site for a few hundred needs a good strategy.

If you think you can set up a WP blog, slash 5 PLR articles and some uniques on it and then sell it for a bunch of money your in the wrong business.

I would really like to get some students of Swastik chiming in and telling us what they could actually build+sell in the last view weeks.

The course itself looks great as far as I could "read", but 400 bucks is a nice amount of money so the 1 month to break even is over - where are the guy's which sold sites ?

I sold my first site just two days ago on flippa. It went for $200, and it took me about two weeks to develop. Now that i have the money, i can develop the same website, by outsourcing some bits, in about 3-4 days time (which is what I'm currently doing)

I'll give my word to whoever it is who'll take it. This coaching is for real. If you can actually take a look at what's being told to you, and you can get down and start working on it without procrastinating, you'll start seeing results ( and good ones ) within your very first.

Hopefully, you'll have made your investment back by then as well. That's when you start working on the bigger projects, and you'll see BIG money coming in.

So, to sum it up, this program works. And I can say so, because I've started making money myself !

Thanks for your questions.

You're correct, it's not realistic to even think that anyone is going to sell a site with 5 PLR articles for a bunch of money. That's not possible.

However, a site that has got a good design, and carries 'value' (as in unique content, ready-to-go blog, autoresponder series maybe, etc) will sell. A student of mine (Pragun) sold his first such site for $197 and his total investment was $60, including everything. Check it out here.

You're absolutely right that one needs a 'strategy'.

Those metrics you mentioned about, they push the site's price up for sure but even without those, there are sites that sell. Example. He's also one inside this coaching class. And he is a very hard worker, to be very honest, and I know he will go far.

When you're targeting the startup market, you're going to sell on the 'ready-to-go' / 'plug-n-play' appeal which, even today, is very much lucrative. When you're selling based on the metrics you mentioned above, you've got a solid history and the site is already ranking, etc, so that pushes the prices up.

At the end, it's the student who puts in the efforts. I can do my best to guide him or her but he has to make the best use of his time and move forward.

1) Yes, we'll need articles. But, you can outsource them too so that's not a problem.

2) Not really. Not at the start, at least. When we move ahead and have the money to invest back, then yes, we could buy a couple of them.

It seems that the first few times Swastik offered this one-on-one training, it was $400. Now it is $700. He says in post #36 of this WSO that he was opening 15 spots then it was going up to $700. This must be his price raise offer.

Personally, he had me interested at $400, but $700 is a big difference and I must move on.

im just a new member. this is just my second post by the way
