Hi,

The coaching will comprise of lessons and some tasks (explained via means you prefer) to complete on a regular basis. Because I'll be giving you time on a one-on-one basis, it'll not be a problem for you to work at your own pace and adjust everything according to your own schedule.

We will be making both, with more focus on established websites. First off, we'll start with startup websites. That because it'll get you started with minimal startup costs, and we can invest the money back into next projects, and take it on from there. We will be focusing more on established sites, that's the core purpose of this.

Absolutely, we'll get started with minimal costs (below $100) and build it up from there. Yes, it'll be $5,000 net profit a month. And, to be honest, work on 2 big flips in a month, netting around $3,000-$4,000 and few small flips netting around $1,000-$2,000 is more than enough for the amount I talked of.

Sebastian,

Depends.

We can invest less than $50 and get started with smaller flips, then gradually make a shift towards flips that get you more profits. It'll take more time, but the investment will be minimal.

Or, from the word go, we can focus towards bigger flips that might cost a lil' more, but the profits will be massive from the start.

Depends on which path you want to choose. Both are good, both are leading the same way, both are profitable - just that one will take a little longer than the other.

I've been working with Swastik now for just over a week. I've never flipped a site before. The things he's taught me in the past week are priceless. He's been amazing at answering questions and providing all kinds of support whenever I need it.

Like I said, I've never flipped a site before, but my first one is going up tomorrow and I'm already prepping a couple more. I fully intend to flip 4 or 5 sites and also flip some other projects (shhh...secret!) and this month alone I would be very surprised if I did not make an extra $2000. And I'm working on a revenue model site that I'll sit on for a month that should bring me a cool $2-3K alone in April.

All I can say is that he is a great teacher, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone that want to achieve more.

I paid for this coaching a few hours ago.
I've been on messenger with Swastik for more than one hour.
He was extremely helpful. He looked at one of my sites that I intend to sell, and gave me some recommendations to improve it. He gave a lot of information and access to sources where I can get some free things that I thought I had to pay for! So he just saved me a lot of money.
He also directed me to his site flipping forum, where I can be in contact with other flippers and I can download useful information.
I will be speaking to him again tomorrow.
As I said in a previous post on this thread, I didn't have the money to pay for this coaching, but I am confident that I will make up for this money before the end of the month, and much more!

Essentially, Website flippers who know other tactics involved in IM... like list building, promoting sites etc seem to benefit more from website flipping.

So, the course is designed to take someone from ground off and make him acquainted and well versed with all the tactics that have their importance in website flipping. For an example, List building, Traffic generation techniques are particularly important for established websites. So, you'll learn those.

I'd advice beginners to Intermediate IMers to enroll in the course, it's going to benefit them for sure.

Yes, it will work for 100% newbie with no knowledge of IM or creating a website. We'll have to work a little more and allot some more time to this, but it will take you through.

There will be three sessions a week through Skype or MSN and you'll get eBooks / videos on where I think they can explain the situation well. When you have questions, I'll be there for you to ask.

I've been in Swastik's coaching program for a couple weeks now and can say it's the real deal. So far I have only been through his first flipping method which was a startup site. It took a couple weeks to build the site but that was because there was a learning process and took my time, making sure I built a quality site with the methods he taught. Well, I listed the site earlier this week and it sold easily, drawing interest from multiple prospects. Now that I know how to build these sites I can probably soon churn them out in less than a day, which is what I'll start doing this weekend. If the coaching program ended today I'd be more than happy with my investment as I've learned skills I can use for the rest of my internet marketing life and can churn out quality sites and make killer money. I have to say at first I thought this was a lot of money to spend on coaching. But I was wrong, Swastik is a great coach and it is easily worth the money. Even if you are a new or advanced flipper, Swastik has something for everyone. His knowledge in this area is excellent and he adapts the coaching to your needs and not those of his own. Hi Joe,

Well, for a total newbie, things will be slow because I'll be picking one up from ground zero and showing everything... the designing, the technical aspects, the content creation, proper structure etc. So, it might take around a month to learn and get yourself acquainted with those skills.

Then, it's all about scaling it up. From there, I'd guesstimate around 2 months if everything is scaled up correctly (Of course, I'll cover that!).

So... In total, I'd guess around 3 months. But, that's not set in stone... it'll depend on one's level of understanding, time he can devote etc.

1) It'll depend on your experience and the amount of hand holding you need. I've had people complete within 1 month and others who took more than a month to grasp the basics.

2) Twice a week.

3) Well, we'll be mainly communicating through IM's... but there are several books and videos that you'll also get access to. Also, email option is available.

4) Yep. If you've a question -- I can answer that in a video.

5) Yeah, a few of them did. It depends on the amount of efforts they put in and how much they scale it up.

6) Well... there will always be a demand for quality, so I don't think that market will get saturated soon.
