Sounds great, I was wondering where you list your websites, do you use sitepoint mainly? What sort of websites do you create with this strategy, are they wp blogs or something else? What sort of content/monetization do you put on them?

What kind of expenses are involved with your method besides the basic ones like hosting, domain, etc?

So you're saying that you get a site up, and then spend 4 hours over the course of 30 days to drive traffic to it, and then it's pretty much ready to flip for $1000 + ?

My website example during the flip was listed at Sitepoint. I haven't used other sites for sales, but I'm assuming it would also work.

With this strategy - you create simple one page websites which are very easy to flip since you are only sending the seller an html file with a couple images. However, you are welcome to use wp blogs etc if you would like to use a different method. In the example site I also use 3 monetization strategies - and you are welcome to use 1 or all 3.

Expenses are basically hosting and domain plus the site flipping fee at Sitepoint. Although if you would like to use paid promotion on your sites you are welcome to.

Of course I can't absolutely guarantee that your flip will generate you the same exact sum - but I do show you exactly how I did it and give you the web template too!

So basically, there are no URLs of flipped sites in the report? What exactly would you be giving away by showing flipped site URLs? Is it a legal thing?

Most site flips involve non-disclosure agreements. Although they are not always used I wouldn't want to be driving large amounts of traffic to any site I do not own without the new owner having any chance of making sales.

The exact URL of the site is not required to gain an understanding of site flipping. The report still does a thorough job of explaining what happened during the site flip and uses and gives away the same website template.

I definitely don't mean to come off as unhelpful but I am unable to provide you with the template because it would give away at least part of the marketing technique taught in the report - and since it is a simple website it could be copied if it was provided and that wouldn't be fair to the people that have already paid for it.

hmm, is the flipped site (you mentioned a 1 page website) a blog, a static site, or something like a review site (selling some clickbank product), etc?

The example site (you receive the same template if you buy the report) is a simple one page static site that involves the index file and two images. However you can use the information from the report to adapt to a blog or review site if you wish.
