Just bought the book, here`s a short review.

"Studies of have found that mental capacity begins to
diminishes naturally as we age"

"If you do not get enough rest, you r mental performance with suffer. "

--> Some proof reading would have been great. There are more mistakes, but you can correct them because you will also get the book as a text file.

The content of the book might go a little bit deeper. Example ? "Develop positive thinking, and the distractions of negative thinking will stop ruining your mental focus." But the answer how to do that is missing. I fear some readers might be disappointed about that.

But for the cheap prize its ok. I´ll put it to one of my own products as a bonus.

By the way, I like the title graphics.
