Q :How long will it take for me to recieve my minisite graphics?

A : MyMiniSiteGraphic was created with the intention of delivering high quality graphics in the quickest turnaround time possible. All mini site graphics are usually delivered within 12-24 hours. If we anticipate a longer wait time we will contact you as soon as possible.


Q: How I can get the products ?

A :I will deliver the design into my own hosting, and you can simply download the files. To reduce the sizes, I will compress the file into
.rar or .zip file.

Can I change the design if I am not satisfied ?


A :Yes you can. I will be sending you a draft image of what your graphics will look like.You can ask for changes as many times as you want until you're satisfied.Once I get the approval by email from you, then the design is final and changesare no longer allowed.


What Is Your Refund Policy ?


A.: There will be no refunds after you approve the draft copy of the graphics by emailAfter that I would have started work on your graphics. You can request for a refundany time before you approve of the draft.

Can I obtain the PSD (Photoshop) source files for my graphics?

A : The prices for graphics does not include PSD files which is how I can keep the price so low.

Q. Is there a time limit on when I have to give you my feedback regarding the design you've done for me?

Each time we update your design according to your needs, we'll wait for your feedback for a maximum of 14 WORKING days. If we haven't heard back from you after 14 WORKING days, then we are assuming you like our design and your project is automatically closed. This means you CAN'T request for any design changes anymore.

this is my second WSO and I didn't offer unlimited revision. because some guy use my statement "unlimited revision" to their own good.

can you imagine if they order my cheap packages and then they ask me to create ebook cover and then they told me to change because he forget I should created dvd, and then they forget I should create a mambeship ecover. Right now I didn't offer Unlimited Revision. and then I think my service is already cheap.
