The Pro version of this sounds particularly interesting. Could you clarify, please, if it does the following - upload pdfs from the hard drive, allow one to place links back to the appropriate site or optin-page or affiliate sales page if allowed, and submit to several document sites in one go?

Rather than submit duplicate articles to those on my blog, I'd prefer to submit more detailed and illustrated documents to document sites that provide a lot of value in themselves and link back to my or an affiliate site.

Will DocPresser do that? (Your products are always top class, so I'm sure DocPresser is worth it either way.)

Whilst I can see the benefit of automating this process, which is great if you want to do it, what I don't understand is how distributing the content of your site all over the web will help with your rankings, obviously the back links may help initially but surely after all the recent Google changes having UNIQUE content on your site is the way to go, not spreading it everywhere ?

Or am I wrong ?

Hi Al - if I may answer your question - it's possible that this will do it for you, but if the Document sharing site sees this as abnormal activity then your account might be banned. I am posting at the rate of 6 to 8 a day and they seem to be under the radar at present, but I wouldn't risk taking it much higher than that.

People never learn, with any plugin or method you want to stay under the radar if you want longevity for any of your sites. Use common sense ( which there seems to be a huge lack of in online marketing) and your sites will flourish for years to come.

Yep, you're wrong

And no doubt half the world will come back and try to shoot me down, but here goes anyway ...

Duplicate content relates to duplicates on your site only. Distributing your content out to other sites is perfectly legitimate and will not adversely affect your rankings.

Write good stuff and you'll gain traffic from it as well as the backlink to your content.

Now with OTO2, you can have your URLs from the Document Sharing sites taken to another plugin, Backlinks Maximizer. What this plugin does is takes those URLs and posts them to Authority web 2.0 sites.

My question is...
Do I need to create those web2.0 sites?
or does your system (or your good buddy in Asia) create them for us?

Simple and effective. I received a review copy and just purchased the Pro Upgrade. Read the OTO description above - Returned URLs and, most useful, Upload of Documents. Think about that - IN ADDITION to the "set-and-forget" nature of the plugin it doubles as doc share submission software. In my case I'll now have at my finger tips something that I should be doing on a regular schedule, all setup, configured, and ready for my next file.
