Over 2 million exact match searches monthly. Naturally, for such huge commissions
you would expect competition to be high.

The products are sold through Amazon, so anybody who can get an Amazon affiliate account and anybody who can buy from Amazon is part of the market. So I don't think that confines that to just the US.
