So you cant withdraw directly from bank to Paypal? And finally its gonna take a week to pay everyone? Sounds like another delaying tactic to me.

I got the same email only because I opened a dispute in paypal. When I read the email two things popped in my head. 1. It's going to take as week for husband to get to the bank and for her to refund me? Do they live in the middle of bum NO-NO-NO-NO- no where. 2. You were well enough to reopen your thread and take more orders and answer thread questions pertaining to new orders but unable to answer emails from previous customers. I'm not holding my breath for the refund and feel that it could be another delaying tactic. She reckons she is going to refund everyone within the week, that was on Monday, it's now Wednesday for me. I strongly advise for those who waiting on orders, if she does not refund you by Monday next week then open a dispute. She gave a dead line, she needs to stick to it. |

I can't believe this. Can someone explain how you go to the bank to withdraw money and deposit it to paypal not online? She is just buying time.. Also 5 days to do all these. My case will be looked into by paypal on 21st as I have escalated it. Atleast I could have invested in other wso if I could get the refund.

Guys, I only rephrased as to what she wrote to me, her email was in reply to my Paypal dispute, and few things immediately stuck me. 1. Time buying tactic. 2. How can you take more orders, not reply to emails, move money from Paypal to your bank so quickly and not able to put the same money back to Paypal and refund people. 3. The person who conversed with me in July with my regular mail, was Lucy Taylor, the person who just send me email on my Paypal email is Lucy Douglas. Guys I was only letting everyone know what email I got. You are your own judge, its your money. Do what you have to do to get it back. I guess me and BigNorm were most vocal so we got the emails. I guess she knows whats going on here in the thread or someone is the informant or she has different profiles or usernames here. I want my money back, and may be she will not refund anyone, because she would not care if she has lot of different Papal accounts and different Profiles and names. |

Had a few minutes to kill so dont a bit of hunting, I'm good at that. Hottubssite.org - Information Check out that link to find out details about one of her sites. It lists a phone number. Its likely not valid but might be. p81.org - p 81 Check out that link that shows an address. Dont know if thats her address or some company but anyways, another bit of contact info. When I checked my Paypal it said the email that we paid to her was unverified, should have been 1st clue I suppose. Follow the trail and Google the email address and find what you want to. Happy hunting..... ![]() ![]() |

| Arizona Anti-Fraud You have Lucy's phone number. Complain to Lucy's phone company. You have Lucy's address. Complain to the USPS (US Postal Service) Warrior Forum has Lucy's registration information. Ask them to disgorge that information. Is "perfectharmonye.com" registered with WhoIs? If so, you have some more information to use to follow up. |

Listen, I know alot of you guys got scammed. But let it go. I know is hard, but the lesson here is be aware and investigate before paying someone. That is just common sense. You lost what, 100 to 500 dollars? lol. That is nothing! There are people who have been scammed in the thousands. Now I am not agreeing that you shouldn't get your money back. Is all about the moral! But let this be a hard lessong in life! Learn from this and move on. I was scammed by someone on warrior forum too by the name of Piper Anderson before. Many people in her wso did. I went through paypal also. But the one that resolved my problems was my bank. They gave me the money back since my paypal account is link to my bank. She did you wrong, stop whinning and move on. Money comes and goes. Leave it like that. Sooner or later scammers get caught and end up in prison in case this is one of those situations. Just saved your money, go to a wso where there are plenty of real testimonials from veteran warriors. You can even make a deal and say, do the work first and upon completition I will pay you, that's if they agree to that contract. Just some advice for you. I am not against Lucy in my case because she came through for me on her first wso 3 months ago. But at the same time, I am surprise why she has not even come back in here and apologize for the long delay and refund you who have asked for their money back. She was very polite on the phone and did exactly what she promise me, which was drive traffic to my existing adsense sites in exchange for a testimonial on her wso, this was when she was just launching it 3 months ago. I thought it was a great deal and I made 157 dollars in 1 1/2 month. A few other made close to 100 dollars also. But after she took off on vacation in the month of September, I have no clue what happen. Well I think she couldn't come back in here because someone in here complaint to the administrators and got her account terminated. So maybe she didn't bother creating a new one with a different ip address. Anyways. I wish you guys luck. But my best advice is to move on guys. I know some of you are probably thinking that I am in on this. But I assure you I am NOT! I am just giving you advice because I went through the same thing in the past and even though I got my money back, it was a nightmare because I had to wait months of investigation on my bank to get my 100 dollars back. Just live and learn and be more careful with your money and your investment. That's all |

@Ray, I certainly hope all of us can survive the loss of money, if that's the way it turns out. But you're missing one of the most important angles of this story. One of the great story-lines of all time is the story of the average citizens rising up against the criminals and defeating them. My favorite movie of all time is Seven Samurai by Kurasawa (it was later made into an equivalent Western movie, Seven (something or other, I forget). The poor, humble farmers rise up and eventually defeat a gang of armed marauders. There are many equivalent stories and books on the same theme. I'm just too lazy at the moment to think of the titles. In any case, I cannot think of a great fairy tale, story, novel or movie about the cheated townspeople shrugging their shoulders after being cheated, then walking away and saying 'so what!' In other words, there is something deeply satisfying to the human soul about getting revenge on cheaters. I want some of that. Don't invite me to your victory banquet. Oh, that's right, you don't want victory. But yes, you're right, your bank is the place to go to make a complaint, better than Paypal. I did that about a week ago and got all my money back already. But I still want Lucy's head. |

I know 100 to 500 dollars means alot to some of you, geesh to me that is alot of money. I work in a freaking warehouse and I only make 250 a week after taxes, so yes i feel your pain. But even though is alot of money you lost, I am not saying not to fight for your money back because that is the right thing to do, but at the same time, stop complaining so much on the forums and take action and go to your bank and demand a refund. After that just move on and let this be a lesson to you. I know you feel cheated, but look at the world we are living in. There is a show call, "I almost got away with it". I am not sure if you ever heard of it. There are so many people getting caught and going to prison, but for every person that goes to prison, there are 10 more out there scamming more people. Welcome to the real world. Listen, my advice, save your money if 100 dollars is soooo much money to you, the you should reaaaaaaally investigate the next wso before investing your hard earn money. Is just common sense. Anyways, I am at work right now, I got Fedex truck backing up right now. Gotta go and make a "REAL LIVING" Peace! :O) |

| I am not a bad person and don't wish ill for others, but at the same time I don't want others cheat and abuse me like she did. She said she will return the money this week and I am waiting. If she don't she will be sorry. We are all on this. She is a 10 year professional doing this and part of me still don't wish ill for her, I only hope she comes clean and return the money, I don't want her services anymore.

@sachin, I don't wish ill on her also. I wish to remind her that cheating is a loser's game. I wish to remind her as emphatically as possible that cheating will lead her into deeper and deeper trouble. And doing things the right way will lead to a happier life. If she needs a small reprimand to get her to straighten out her act, so be it. If she needs a bigger reprimand to remind her to straighten out her act, so be it. She has a choice. Learn now while it hurts less. Or learn later while it hurts more. She will eventually get the message. |

Hey guys. I got an email from her :"I just saw that you opened a PayPal dispute today and wanted to let you know you are not forgotten. My recovery from surgery has taken longer than I expected and I have not yet been strong enough to sit in front of the computer for the amount of time necessary to build websites. I apologize for not communicating on the other email address, but the number of inquiries there has been overwhelming to me in my recovery period. I will be sending my husband to the bank as soon as he can go, to get cash for me to put back into PayPal to cover refunds for those who have asked. I will have all refunds issued most likely by the end of next week, maybe sooner, so be looking for yours. I apologize for the inconvenience. It was my intention to be working on finishing the orders from July by now, but the recovery from my planned surgery last month has not yet allowed that. You will be receiving your refund either this week or next. Lucy I have ordered 20 sites and she has not yet started making a single site for me. May be she is really not yet well enough to do all these work to refund? considering my knowledge about allopathy and surgery etc, you never really get well after a surgery . It sometimes takes days. and It is beyond me to think that she is a scammer . time only will tell. |

Hello. I saw you opened a PayPal dispute. I just wanted to let you know I was intending on refunding you in the next couple of days anyway. My recovery from surgery is taking longer than I thought, and I've only been able to get in front of my computer twice in the past three weeks, and I got really tired really quickly both times. I'll probably end up refunding everyone with an outstanding order if I don't get all my strength back by the end of the month. I haven't been checking the other email because it's just too much to respond to right now. I'm sending my husband to the bank tomorrow to get some money I can put back into PayPal, and once it's cleared, I'll start issuing refunds. I really thought I'd be able to complete the outstanding orders this month, or I wouldn't have asked people if they wanted to put them on hold. But I'm seeing my energy just isn't there....at least not yet, and not the amount of energy I need to do this. I have to work on getting myself back into shape first. My physical therapist even says my movement is good, but the stamina is where the problem lies, so we are slowly working on building that back up. In the meantime, I guess I really am disabled from doing any kind of work. I'll get better and get my energy back. It's just taking longer than I thought it would. Again, sorry for the lack of communication, but I've been doing little else but sleeping and taking pain medicine since the surgery. It's going to take a while before I can do any work again, and I really did think I'd be all recovered by now. I guess I underestimated my recovery time. I'm so sorry. Your refund will be coming this week. Lucy

I dont really know what she was playing at here. I was undecided as to whether it was a scam from the outset or whether it was a genuine offer that just got too big for her to fulfil, but her replies since it went pear shaped, show its a scam. A successful scam needs a few completed and successful orders to get the ball rolling. People see its returning money str8 away then they jump on board. So they do a bit of work to get the first few orders done, then they take a shedload of orders, then fake an illness. Something that should have been checked was a verified Paypal address, this I noticed when I checked back is something she didnt have. It isnt hard to verify it however if they havent taken the time to verify it, it usually means something is amiss. When scammers are trying to lie to you and make you believe them, you can be assured that they will slip up somewhere. Look at post 475. She says she has only been in front of here PC twice in the last 3 weeks, although she says she will fulfil orders if she is well enough at the end of the month, ie 1 week!! So she isnt well enough over 3 weeks but she is after 1 more? Anyone that knows anything about recovery time, from anything, knows if its not working after 3 weeks, then its nots gonna work after 4!! The problem is it is all too easy to scam people on this forum. 99% of people come on this forum looking for the next big fix, an easy way to make money and are easy prey for these kind of people. Anyways good luck on getting your money back. |

Well I got back quite a nasty email from her after sending her another one yesterday explaining that if I didn't get the refund she had promised within the week which at the time of writing the email it was 7 days, I would reopen my dispute with paypal. Apparently I am being cynical and have a bad attitude for acting so quickly....I wouldn't call 2 months quickly. I'll let you know if it comes through as she has promised in this second email.

I Agree!!!! Be advised that I HAVE PURSED A COMPLAINT with PayPal, my Credit Card Company and FTC... a great lesson to learn. I will actively keep you on the radar as a scammer under all your assumed names and sales pitches!!! My advice is THAT WE DO NOT LET UP UNTILL JUSTICE IS SERVED!!!! I commend all those who read through the WSO's and showed restraint on a potential purchase for services that were fictitious at - BEST!!! Keep additional information coming....we know how she operates!!!! Remember scammers like this tend to resurface under a different pitch when the air clears!!! </SPAN> |

Why not we all start helping each other. I know I am not very tech minded and will take me time to learn, but I am on the forum learning everyday from the people who put out free stuff. I will get there one day. Wish me luck. I am suggesting two threads which I found to be gold, but I am new so judge yourself. If you are new like me you might find this as gold compared to some WSO's. Learning is the key. Here are two threads for ADSENSE AND CPA right here on forum free. I am coping and pasting I don't know how to shorten. 1. TUTORIAL (with Screenshots & Videos): How To Find Niches and Keywords For Top 10 Google Rankings 2.Make Money With CPA Marketing Starting Today The one with CPA is free CPA 95 page ebook better than lot of cpa ebooks I bought. This one has upgraded membership for $37. or you refer 10 people it to get in the free membership. the_icon you are expert can you guide me or others in this are. Thanks in advanc.

![]() ![]() ![]() I was once a "newbie". Taking in all the sh*t that sellers put over to try and get you to buy their product. One day I followed a respected Warrior on here and, although it didnt cost much, it led me to realise that even the respected Warriors will try and fleece you. They wont scam you because they cant afford to tarnish their image, but they will fleece you. Difference? They will try and sell anything and everything to you by making you think you need it. They will spout sh*t like "well if you wanna make $$$ you have to spend $$$" So when you say about "advanced warriors" putting out free stuff, dont buy into them being "the good guys". They are not. They give out free stuff to put you on to a email list. And then they mail you on a daily basis with sh*t. You are correct on some though. There are a few good guys out there, however they are overshadowed and diluted by the guys who want to rip you off. Re this WSO I smelt something fishy from the start however I was prepared to let it go because it was free money I was spending (it wasnt a year ago ![]() ). I knew you couldnt "guarantee" adsense income. How can you guarantee someone is going to click on an ad? First you have to get the site noticed. Then you have to get traffic to the site. Then you have to get them to click the ad. I was seeing CTR of 80-95% somedays lol. I opened a separate adsense account for this very reason, I knew it was scammy. P.S Wouldnt advise opening multiple adsense accounts unless you want to risk losing revenue. I didnt mind what happened on this one Anyways, I'm rambling here. One lesson I will leave you with, and theres a lot I can choose from, is never buy a WSO from the start. Never be fooled by the "dimesale" mentality. Never fall for the "price will rise after 2 more sales" sh*t. If the WSO is that good, and you make what they claim? What difference does it make if you pay $5 or $15? Do your homework on sellers. Google them. Google their URL's if they have any. Google their login here because chances are if they are here then they will be on DP or other such like forums. P.S Other search engines are available ![]() ![]() ![]() The old addage rings true on this site, if its too good to be true then it usually is. Peace out ![]()

Back on Oct 12th I emailed her requesting a refund. Her response that same day was "My PayPal balance is currently low, as I don't keep money in it. I don't view PayPal as secure. But I'm moving more money into my account this weekend to issue some other refunds, and I will take care of you, too, sometime before the weekend is over." Of course I have not received the refund. So I just opened a dispute with Paypal. Everyone here should be doing this. Just login and go to Resolution Center and open a case. It's real easy to do. Good luck. |

I've received my refund as well, I guess with everyone opening disputes it's got her attention. I really upset her when I told her I would reopen my case with paypal. The sad thing is, she still thinks she's done nothing wrong.

However she didnt. She continued to delay and delay. She made up the illness scenario to delay as well. The only reason she is paying up now is because some people must have her personal details or she has seen that her personal details are viewable online. Hopefully all of you will get your money back.

Paypal dispute has investigated the case and made the decision in my favour. They also added this in my mail- "If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges." Hopefully she has got funds in her paypal. |

I thought I would pipe in here and add my 2 cents worth. I too filed a complaint with paypal which they escalated to a dispute without me even requesting it. That was back on October 15. I have not been refunded and Lucy has not responded yet to their attempt at contacting her or any of my attempts prior to me filing the complaint. She has until October 25 to respond to paypal. I further discovered today that my Adwords account has been suspended for violation of Google's Advertising Policies. I do not use Adwords, Adsense or any other of Googles Advertising platforms so this is quite upsetting to me. Now I don't know for sure if this has anything to do with Lucy or if my account was just hacked by some random person but I highly doubt it. It seems way to out of the ordinary for this to be some random person especially with the timing here. For those of you who have had luck with Lucy, I would watch your back and your accounts. I take full responsibility for my ignorance in purchasing this product and chasing what seemed to be that golden nugget. Shame on me. I will come back to let you all know if/when I get refunded and what the deal is with my Adwords account when I find out more from Google. Good luck to all of you. Vicki |

Need advice Few sites that Lucy made for me are crap, worth nothing, no page views or clicks. Two had page view and no clicks. My total from my blog, my website + Luyc's was reduced from about $60 to $49. Lucy's sites stopped making any money, no page views no clicks. But my own site got a click last week for $2.71. Does this mean my account is ok or what? |

Did it make the minimum amount she had promised it would make within the first month? If not then you're entitled to a refund as per sales letter on the front page.

These actions would not bumpstart the income. Its just something she concocted in order to get you to do nothing for the time she was scamming everyone else. There are several resources out there where you can order pay to click or pay to compete offers for pennies, or cents for my American friends ![]() ![]() ![]() The sites she says are bad graphically because it entices the reader to click the ads? Bullsh*t. Lucys sites are useless and if you have an Adsense account with a balance from legit sites I would withdraw the money immediately before they cotton and disable it.

Didnt know things had come to this. I am still sending emails to Lucy asking when my sites will be done! Glad I visited the forum today. Pity Warrior can't monitor the offers before allowing them to appear on the forum.

I was refunded by Paypal after having opened a dispute. Advise to anyone else seeking a refund let Paypal handle it.

I too requested a refund from Paypal, after receiving no replies to email and PM's. Lucy didn't respond to the Paypal dispute either, and so after 10 days it was decided in my favour and the money was just returned to me today. So, it takes awhile but the Paypal dispute worked for me.
