dropped 2 support ticket inqquiries. Never got an email with the ticket number to check the status with. How am I supposed to check the status to see how I can fix my support issue? Theme and plugin were super easy to install and use...just wish I had all the info posted as needed. |

Hi JScoppa, We do not have any outstanding tickets, all tickets have been responded to... Please can you pm me with your support ticket details (name and email used) and we will do a search to see what has happened.... Went ahead and took a dive on this one...of course issues right off the bat, as nothing from Amazon gets populated into the website. Followed the instructions (wasn't rocket science), and have now submitted a ticket. Of course when you submit a ticket, you get not reply with a ticket number so there is no way to check your ticket's status...

Just an FYI for people considering purchasing this. Purchased this a few weeks ago, and was ranking ok for some long tail keyword reviews. As of this morning, my site is de-indexed. Product looked nice and seemed to be a neat thing, but the duplicate content issue got me de-indexed, so use this at your own discretion.

Mine seems to be staying okay in Google but I am wondering if there are going to be any updates. Very quite for awhile and there are lots of conflicts with other plugins. Good traffic by the way but little conversion.

I have just submitted my third ticket (first one a couple of days ago) and I have still heard nothing. Of course, we don't get a ticket number so we can't view status of ticket, (contrary to what the support page says). Can you check out your support tickets and get back to me please. |

Finally, still heard absolutely nothing so I've given up. For what it's worth my ticket was a refund application as I am based in the UK and it seems that this product doesn't work with Amazon UK - something that was not in the sales letter but was in thread comments. I purchased in advance as I wanted to use it for Xmas promotions. However, by the time I started to use the product it was > 45 days. As it happens I accept that this was down to me and if I had received a polite reply telling me 'no' I would have said fair enough. But not to receive any reply whatsoever is awful. Having said that, it does seem unfair to me that the product makers are prepared to keep my money knowing full well that it is impossible for me to get any value. Anyway, enough said about that. I have purchased from these guys before (at least 2 products) but I had no need for support. I guess now I know. We learn from our mistakes. |

Hi Mike, Sorry you have had had to wait for support, there has been a breakdown in communication between myself and my staff - Sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you! In the meantime i responded with 2 replies to your tickets on the 26th 4 days after your initial ticket, granted 3 days later than i should have done.... it has highlighted an issue at this end which is now dealt with. Today i have sent the replies to you direct from my personal email address to your support ticket email address to make sure you receive them as we are having issues with non delivery of our support desk email responses. This system was really great until I tried to update to the latest version. Now I am getting errors and nothing works. I have sent several support tickets and no reply. I really like the system and I don't want to have to ask for a refund so please reply to my tickets.

Is there a way to contact seller. I have tried but no reply. I start a ticket (it does not give me the ticket number) and then when I try to go back and follow up on it it wants to know the ticket number. I have no ticket number. Received no email or anything.

probably the worst support ever received on a WSO. The sellers have abandoned their buyers and the product is riddled with bugs and for the most part useless in it's present form. So, as it is said, Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware) when it comes to these sellers. Too bad the WF does not have some kind of performance bond on WSO sellers where they hold back a portion of the money until the WSO is rated by users or until a review panel can check out the claims of the WSO versus what is actually delivered.

I just want to warn you I purchase the the package full of bugs i sent about 30 emails they never answer, the theme don't work they sweet the deal with a few videos trust me is not worth the money, they are a fake a bunch of thieves if anyone need the see the theme i will be more than happy to show it bad bad business |
