Hi Michael;
I've purchased articles almost 2 weeks ago. I have sent a couple of emails requesting a status or allow me to change the amount and number word count.

So far no response. Please either respond with articles, date of expected delivery, or issue a refund.

I really needed the articles to complete my projects. Not acknowleding my emails or producing the articles is hurting my efforts to move forward.

Early yesterday morning, I received my articles that I ordered through this wso. After reading through all the articles returned to me, I'd give them two thumbs up.

Yes, it took them about 4 or 5 extra days to deliver the articles, but I'm very satisfied with the quality. I gave them very specific instructions as to what I was looking for and these guys nailed it. It's almost as if I wrote them myself. That's how close these articles are to what I was looking for.

I have no connection with them... just trying to give a realistic evaluation.

Michael...still waiting for a contact. So here is the deal. 5 of your 10 articles written for me were rejected by Ezine Articles. There was various reasons, however, the one that bothers me the most is that an article was previously attributed to another author.

Your service has been great for the past couple of months. Now I am concerned. I would like to deal with this asap, before this needs to be escalated.

I don't want to be accused of "piling on", but I am not happy with your service.

I paid for my order back on March 31st, wanting to take advantage of what I (mistakenly?) thought was a WSO-price that might soon expire - even though I hadn't totally decided on which of several subjects I wanted you to write articles for me. (See your order details, below)

I finally decided on the subject and placed the order with you back on April 7th. (I'm not sure how to "prove" that in the WF, as I only have a copy of the email you sent me, dated April 7th, confirming my order.)

In any event, you told me it should take you 7 to 10 days. Today is May 1st - 25 days later - and I've yet to get an email from you as to the status of my order, let alone the articles themselves.

Here's where I'm at: Please send me my articles by May 7th - which will have been one full month since I placed the order (for which you've had my money even longer) OR please return my money via PayPal on May 7th.

I look forward to hearing your reply.

Well, I'm happy with the articles now I finally got them, and I'm placing another order for more..... all I could ask for is that someone is appointed to actually respond to your customer emails, as it becomes incredibly frustrating (as seen from the above posts) when people dont get any reply from you, or acknowledge the order even being placed.

It would be helpful if we are given a realistic delivery date when we submit our order... eg: if it will be 3 weeks, just tell us and we wont get impatient.

I'm about to PM you with my order details, as I hope that the WF PM system seems to get replies that your website emails dont.

I look forward to getting another batch of great articles from your service, thanks!

OK. May 7th has come and gone. Not only no articles, but no reply to my last post.

Again, I paid for the articles on March 31st and I submitted the order form with the details of the articles I wanted on April 7th. That's 4 - 5 weeks. You told me 10 - 14 days.

Please give me the articles or give me my money back.

Don't understand why you can't find a minute to give people - who have already paid you money! - a status update if/when their articles won't be ready on time, let alone respond to questions about the hold up when they don't get a status report from you.

The exasperating thing is that, even when I finally hear from you, you still don't tell me when the articles should be ready!

When, sir, can you deliver them?
