I want to give you a little back-story as to how this all came about:

Great idea. The only problem there is not much supporting materials on how to set the site.

I installed the template (Rob Smith) but it's not the same as the demo 2. 2. http://ryanhotaling.com/1/wso/images/screen2.PNG The template doesn't have the Call for Action (the middle portion in the demo). It would be nice to have that on the site, but how could we do that?

"Mobile Business Card" is a great & new idea, so I'm still blur on how could I use it? Business card, no matter what form, need to be distributed. How could we tell people to visit the site? Do we still have to use conventional business card to spread the word? Some ideas on how to use it could be very helpful.

There are mobile websites included, as well as "remote apps" which aren't native to any particular phone or app store. When someone goes to the site, the popup will allow them to "install" the web-based app on their phone. It's not native ie. not available on an app store.

It is a web-based app. Which is similar to a mobile website in the sense that it's uploaded and hosted like a website, but there's the option to add it to your homescreen, like an app.

We need to show people how to use or benefits from it. Unless we can do this, no one is going to buy the service (of setting up mobile biz card) from us.

Not at all; it's simply an icon that appears by the toolbar on the phone (where the user can go forward - backward - home - etc) that disappears if they choose not to utilize the feature.

No opt-in, no exit pop-up.
