I will take a look at that this afternoon and see what I can discover about that. Not 100% sure why it isn't working. I'll get the package updated so there's no further issues today. More importantly: THE HELPDESK IS NOW FIXED! Tickets can be submitted, responded to, etc as normal. Support staff will not be on duty until MONDAY but I WILL BE ANSWERING TICKETS leisurely in my free time throughout the day. Brenden - I hope you will have a smoother launch next time with all the lessons learned from this one. Maybe with a weekly seo project plan. Brenden has top knowledge about SEO, but I don't feel the course is complete or goes into details like I said before. I am still looking forward to the webinar though, I hope there will be some help in there for the weekly action plan. For now, I think Google Occupy 2.0 is a killer program with 12 weeks clear action plan (like do this on this week, do that on that week etc) - but they are missing the on-page SEO advice on there. So they are all missing something Brenden's explanation and advice on on-page SEO was excellent, clear instructions. I hope this helps for people considering purchasing SEO training programs.

Here is what support said: Hello Mark, thanks for your enquiry. There may be several reasons why you did not receive the download instructions after you purchased a product. Pleae check your e-Mail spam folder. Quite often the eMail with the access/download information ends up there.. In case you can not find an order confirmation eMail and still have trouble to access your purchase you can best directly contact the seller of the product. The seller is the only one who can provide the support you are looking for. You can either contact him/her at the payment e-Mail address and you can also reply to the thread to let the seller know that you have not been able to access your purchase. I know still waiting for a refund, he said some affiliate scammed my sale that he has no record WELL I HAVE A RECORD OF THE SALE SCUMBAG I know that Warrior Plus is looking into this and I hope they can put a stop to scumbags so that real products with support don't pay the price for scam artist like this guy....

Evidence of this guy's ripoffs are being deleted from this posting board. 16 days since this rip-off artists promised to fix things and still no justice. How can we prevent him from ripping off others/

Just installed the LeisurelyWPv2 Theme via FTP. It took about three minutes to configure and get working - no issues at all. You may want to try FTP if you're still having issues with uploading a zip. I've also attended two of Brenden's webinars so far (one was Monday this week). They were live and he answered questions, including mine. Quite helpful. So while I understand that some of you may be frustrated with technical glitches, I suggest that you try what he suggested. If the Helpdesk still isn't working for you, try him on Skype at brenden.clerget. Personally, I think I got my money's worth on the product. |
