Fist of all David is a stand up guy, in my eyes Yelp is Evil having said that he lays out the most common problems while trying to get good reviews for your clients, it seems as though everything you can try is gonna end up in the dog house.

Luckily he found a good legitimate way to get yelp reviews that stick after a lot of trial and error and finally cracked the code, i will be using these techniques on my clients.

I 2nd that, about Yelp being evil. I have FOUR clients in a small town who have all told me that Yelp tries to extort them. A sales reps call them EVERY month and tells them that by spending $300 per month (advertising package) they will personally see to it that their positive reviews will be weighted and more positive reviews will be ON TOP.. and unfiltered. Hearing that from four people who have no connection to eachother, yep it's true. Search on Google and you'll find hundreds more business owners complaining about the same thing. If you ask me, that means doom and gloom in Yelp's future. In about 20 more years the FTC might actually do something about this extortion.
