You don't have to choose the first option and pay $1500, you could choose the 2nd option and only pay $597 to reduce your risk.

You think it's a great plan that will benefit both parties so you go ahead and make your post. Then you find this one guy (who doesn't have a clue who you are) starts posting negative comments in your thread which kills your idea and leaves you out in the cold with $20 less to show for it.

Is that fair?

I was like you. I was new when I came to the forum and spent time getting to know people here. The first offer I sold was for $17, not a thousand or $600. People got to know me and I built a reputation here.

You haven't. I am also not the only guy that posted in this thread.

Your rich, I am sure the $20 can be chalked up to experience.

This can easily be taken care of. Give John34 a review copy. I would trust John's opinion on this. If he says it is good and worth the money I will send you $20 for this wso and apologize. I would rather be wrong about stuff like this.

Imagine this: You scout around a black hat forum for a few days looking for a money making method that someone has posted. You copy and paste the method into a pdf. You go to the warrior forum and get a quick 30 posts to be eligable to post a wso. You don't offer any value to the forum or get to know anyone. You post your wso and then take the money and run. It's been happening a LOT lately. People are sick of being scammed. Thomas is looking out for fellow warriors. Like it or not, this place is actually a community, not just somewhere to sell something. I have 2 wso's at the moment, one is $9.95, the other is $5. I thought I could give something of value to the other members, not JUST make money off them.

In the last few months we have seen a huge influx of people joining the forum and making a succession of banal one-line posts simply to push their post count high enough to launch a WSO.

They have no other interest in the forum whatsoever!

Like Thomas, I will feel free to post on every thread that sounds alarm bells in my head, until Allen either tells me not to, or boots me right out of the forum.

You joined a few days ago, and average close to 14 posts per day. Your posts have offered no value to this forum.

Then, you hop on here to offer a WSO at a price tag over over $1,000? For what? A PDF report?

If I were to ever spend over $1,000 on a product, it better be a physical product, with something crazy like 15 DVD's with an hour of content on each DVD, a few books (actual books, not PDF's), and tons of other materials that would make me "feel" like I got my money's worth.

It would be extremely different if you were a longtime contributing member to this forum, and guaranteed results. Not only that, but where's a money-back guarantee? You're not making anyone here feel comfortable with an offer as outrageous as this.

And you're right - This forum is AMAZING and has helped thousands of people launch incredibly successful businesses, but if you come burn everyone here, you risk the chance of burning a serious bridge, which can do more damage than help you in the long run.

At the end of the day, I'd rather have a better reputation and know that I've done people right than have a couple grand in my pocket. Money only lasts for so long, but a solid reputation will take you much, much farther.

Sorry to come into this thread and say what I've said, but I feel it's something that needed stated before anyone gets screwed out of serious money like this.

The only way to stop people joining the forum then posting simply to increase their posts is to put a longer time frame on when they can actually post a WSO. Maybe let them post in the classifieds after they have 40 or more posts. Anyone wanting to post a legitimate WSO should have to wait at least 1 month and have at least 100 quality posts before posting a WSO.

Here's another idea: if you have been a member of the forum for less than a year and would like to post a WSO that costs more than $1000 you should be required to give at least 3 review copies to senior warriors with a "decent reputation".

Well said Mark. It is good that experienced people like you are closing monitoring this forum and questioning the genuineness, whenever something looks fishy!!! I really appreciate that. For a moment i was attracted to this offer. But after going through the complete thread i felt that this could a fake one.

There are scripts which can be run on any browser window (Clickbank, PayPal whatever) the results can then be edited just as you would do with a wordprocessor.

LOL.. that's true! i think i saw similar videos on youtube showing one guy doing this stuff! go search for it in youtube. amazing! as i never knew this can be done. nowadays i simply do not believe in clickbank, cpa or adsense earnings anymore..

i think newbies like me just have to be more stringent in purchasing any wso nowadays.
and for me, i only buy from those that have plenty of reviews and plenty of good recommendations before i buy something now

Everyone else - this is fantastic - to see the power of the WF in action. Some great suggestions on how to get rid of scam artists too. BUT at the end of the day, when will people believe that it is just NOT possible to earn $00000000's per day without putting in any work.

Yes some people earn really nice money on the net (and off the net) but I have yet to meet one that did it BEFORE putting some hard graft in. Even Frank Kern admits that he had to work very hard at one point - and some days he still has to.

So one way of getting rid of scam artists would be for everyone to get a reality check!

Buy quality products from people who are willing to put their product out there for honest reviews. Use what you buy (I am very guilty of this one - lots of stuff picking up dust on the hard drive), focus, work hard and eventually you may see this type of money hitting your paypal account. There are some fantastic wsos on here at the moment - if you are into article marketing - I loved Tripmarxs one.

And to add that I seem to have stumbled onto every BS WSO posted today. I did a search for Squidoo (trying to get a solid course on making nice lenses) and every other thread I am in ends up being BS.

The sig lines or titles must be attracting my clicks or something.

On a positive note I am getting a feel for what level NOT to price my first WSO at.

Sometimes I think people are busy bodies but today I see there is a sort of scam policing going on here and that is a good thing.

Imagine this: You just found this great forum which has a tonne of valuable information. You can tell that the members are motivated so you decide to come up with a deal which will suit both you and a couple of forum members. You decide to share your personal money making method with 2 people on a rev share agreement so you don't have to work so hard over the next couple of months. You think it's a great plan that will benefit both parties so you go ahead and make your post. Then you find this one guy (who doesn't have a clue who you are) starts posting negative comments in your thread which kills your idea and leaves you out in the cold with $20 less to show for it. Is that fair?

If I were to ever spend over $1,000 on a product, it better be a physical product, with something crazy like 15 DVD's with an hour of content on each DVD, a few books (actual books, not PDF's), and tons of other materials that would make me "feel" like I got my money's worth. It would be extremely different if you were a longtime contributing member to this forum, and guaranteed results. Not only that, but where's a money-back guarantee? You're not making anyone here feel comfortable with an offer as outrageous as this. And you're right - This forum is AMAZING and has helped thousands of people launch incredibly successful businesses, but if you come burn everyone here, you risk the chance of burning a serious bridge, which can do more damage than help you in the long run. At the end of the day, I'd rather have a better reputation and know that I've done people right than have a couple grand in my pocket. Here's another idea: if you have been a member of the forum for less than a year and would like to post a WSO that costs more than $1000 you should be required to give at least 3 review copies to senior warriors with a "decent reputation". I did a search for Squidoo (trying to get a solid course on making nice lenses) and every other thread I am in ends up being BS. The sig lines or titles must be attracting my clicks or something. On a positive note I am getting a feel for what level NOT to price my first WSO at. Sometimes I think people are busy bodies but today I see there is a sort of scam policing going on here and that is a good thing.
