You're not allowed to distribute the fonts if you haven't purchased a special license for each of them from the editors.

This license doesn't allow your buyers to pass on the fonts to their clients. If they want to sell the logos and include the fonts, they must buy a license themselves (it's quite expensive).

Without this license, you and resellers risk huge fines.

- Do you provide the fonts in the pack you sell?
I'd say yes, as I purchased it from a reseller and the fonts were included.

- If you provide the fonts, did you purchase a license that allows you to distribute them?

- Do you inform PLR buyers that they can't distribute the fonts if they don't buy a distribution license?

First I must say that Lucas and I are friends and he did slide me a review copy and I will gladly give you all an unbiased review.

As a Graphic and Interactive Media Designer, I can attest to the time saving capabilities of quality templates of this caliber, I will be using them in my offline business. Having quality stock like this has tons of value in that it saves you time and allows you to communicate to with your clients over their wants and needs. With assets like this in your arsenal you can run cheap promos locally and clean up just jazz these suckers up a bit and show them some custom love and you are good to go.

Now...the Kicker is the PLR rights, Lucas always packs value into his products but his PLR goodies have been pretty thorough lately, but my god man this is over the top! Many of us may know that Lucas got his start in the game with his mini-site designs and at this point the quality of the Re-seller site that is packaged is bloody excelling those original designs that made him big, the sales page and funnel are spot on and with minor edits you have a new product of your own.

The Price point is nice considering that just one quality Logo template can cost you 30-40 bucks a pop for a single license, factor in one offline sale of a logo and you more than cover that...or if you go PLR...you can cover your investment in just a few sales.

Long and the short of it is this is TOP Notch PLR that has true offline value. I say this with a meter in mind, I ask myself when checking out PLR.... 'is this something that I can actively use and above all WANT to use in my own business or for that of my clients?'. When the answer is yes I know I have something that I can successfully and confidently resell!

1. A killer product comes with the proper licenses as does top notch PLR.

2. The purchaser of the PLR product should not be expected to check for licensing defects immediately after purchasing the license from Lucas...Lucas is supposed to be the expert.

3. Many users will never know the product license is bad.

4. Third party/clients & sites, and users of those sites, are boned with a bogus license that they then pass on to unsuspecting paid users...everyone is open to liability and it's the creator's fault.

5. Some of the other products Lucas has put out recently as WSO's have had licensing issues...check the threads.

6. Lucas is not being responsive on his WSO threads or via PM or via his WF wall and it's tough to get a hold of him. I have some kits with his name on them purchased via third party with different licenses (better) than what he is putting out...my question to him for his own protection and mine has gone unanswered.

I'm not jumping your case and I'm not giving you a copyright lesson either....that's not my intent. I am just pointing out some customers are getting screwed in more ways then one on these licensing deals. The worst part is many buyers of these products will never have a clue the license issues even exist. Yeah, I know most would never get caught using the product illegally but that's not the point.

7. Premium priced PLR...and I consider this premium priced PLR should come with good service and proper licenses. If any issues exist they should be handled and promptly corrected in a courteous manner by the author/seller.

8. I wanted to pick up some more stuff but with issues coming up on pack after pack I am starting to get some bad vibes to say the least.
