Nope, nada, no way. I purposely decided to make this product a stand alone version so you won't be getting hit with a bunch of marketing googley gop (not sure if that's a word or not).

2. How much will it cost me to use this method?
It depends on how many sites you want to sell. To sell your first site it will cost about $8 for a domain, $29 for the listing. If you don't have hosting, you'll need to throw that in as well (I can get you started for $.01).

3. Do you have any review copies available?
At this time, they have all been given out.

4. Ok, I purchased so where's my download?

This looks like a well thought out WSo and I am sure that it is great value.

One thing just keeps hitting me is the costs in comaprison to the sell.

If you take your stated "over 150 websites for almost $20,000" that works out to a bit over $133 a website.

Then less the costs stated of $30-$40 a site to put up with domain costs, flippa fee, etc.

My question is: What percentage of your total sites for sale are Not Sold at all or have to be relisted. Of course this oncost also comes off the bottom line.

I am also curious what you do with unsold sites.

Hey,

Unsold sites will depend if you use a reserve price or not. Obviously, you can use a reserve and take the chance of it not selling. If a site doesn't sell I relist it unless I know it's a dud. In which case, there are some other options for it.

Quick question...You mention that the cost for each site is around $40-$50. But what about getting these sites up with contact and design. Unless you spend a good amount of time to designing the site you will need to outsource this part at least. How much more will that add to the cost of each site? Or do you do all your sites yourself?

Even if we use already done for us site won't we need to at least change the design, content, logo, etc. to make it unique before listing it? This will need to be done by us or outsourced some where will will eat more into the profits correct?

Also can you PM a few sites that you flipped successfully?

Is that right? If so, I'd like to read that thread to see what you have for reviews there since there are none here from anyone known generally on the WF. I'm a little put off at a starting price of $27 bucks with just the simplest of screen shots and testimonials from another version just launched under 60 days ago?

One thing just keeps hitting me is the costs in comaprison to the sell. If you take your stated "over 150 websites for almost $20,000" that works out to a bit over $133 a website. Then less the costs stated of $30-$40 a site to put up with domain costs, flippa fee, etc. My question is: What percentage of your total sites for sale are Not Sold at all or have to be relisted. Of course this oncost also comes off the bottom line. I am also curious what you do with unsold sites. Many Thanks Bill

But what about getting these sites up with contact and design. Unless you spend a good amount of time to designing the site you will need to outsource this part at least. How much more will that add to the cost of each site? Or do you do all your sites yourself? Even if we use already done for us site won't we need to at least change the design, content, logo, etc. to make it unique before listing it? This will need to be done by us or outsourced some where will will eat more into the profits correct? Also can you PM a few sites that you flipped successfully?
