well after spending almost 2 hours trying to get the "free software to work I say I have given up- I get mufti errors every time and it seems this software is quite a bit buggy.

I have tried using 3 of the more popular PDF editors but your PDF for some reason does not convert very well at all which is strange as I never recall had any problems before with PDF using this popular software.

the error states
"General Error"
"General Input/output error"

No help files could be found to address this error it does seem to be a common error from what little I could find on this software

This looks good, but my concern is if you are UK based there might be words used and sentence structure not common to the USA. "Whilst" comes to mind.

I found this one which is even cheaper than Solo press :
Perfect bound documents ideal for annual reports, booklets & manuals.

The A5 would would equally well and is a cheaper option.

To be honest, I wouldn't bother getting it printed unless you really wanted to use it that way.

It will work perfectly as a downloadable PDF which is how we designed you to use the magazine on your squeeze pages, home page etc.

What we will be doing is getting 1000 A5 glossy leaflets printed promoting the magazine (make it look a bit like a squeeze page) and distributing it to local businesses to get them to download the book.

We are English (or Geordies to be more exact ha ha) and live just outside of Newcastle in the North East of England

It is all written in simple, jargon-free layman terms so that EVERY local business, no matter which part of the English speaking world you live, will understand the information. After they read it, they penny will suddenly drop and then they will realise that they want to take their business online....or increase their online presence by having a mobile site or getting involved with social media etc.

It really does pre-sell your services no matter who the local business is

Sorry to hear about your problems however but we have used this software along with the editable pdf with all of our projects and over 500 customers are using it so it does work.

Not often I leave a review despite picking up some cracking WSO's from the WF.

However, after buying Gary and Wendys IMG product I felt obligated to make a comment because hands down, this could be the best purchase I've ever made, not only because of the price but the sheer quality of the whole product...simply outstanding.

So for $7 a month! (can't believe it!) I now have, what should be, the central point of my business. A full magazine for local businesses focused on what they should be looking at online, all with my details or adverts alongside.

A truly astounding lead generation tool that can be presented in hard copy as well as online.

However I liked Gary's idea of having a leaflet printed offering the monthly magazine, which is used to build your list, then each month you can send them your new magazine loaded with your URL's or affiliate links.

I sincerely hope this product is going to run and run and I won't need to worry about content again.

Just to give you a little clarification on Gary's earlier comments, there is no need to set up a membership website for the mag.

It is intended to be used on your own squeeze or sales page as an offer for your opt in box, or to be given to new clients as a free on going info service while soft selling them other products or used as an intro to your services for any small business. And there are a number of other ways you can use this flexible offline marketing tool.

You can sell it if you like. There are so many ways to set up membership programs with specialist companies but we are only providing you with the tool. The sky's the limit as far as usage goes but we leave the use of it up to you.

In the pack there is a Read Me document which shows you how to edit the mag as well as giving you a few ideas on how to use it.

We will be introducing an ePUB version over the coming months which will allow page turning like an online emag but at the moment the magazine can be given to your clients either as a full print resolution PDF or as an ePDF for them to read online.

Either way I'm sure you'll agree that this PLR mag is going to be an invaluable resource for getting more offline business.

As Wendy says, you don't need to set up a membership site at all. I think our description may have confused you.

It is literally a PDF report that you put anywhere on your website....squeeze page, opt-in page etc

You use it in exactly the same way as you would any other PLR report. Use it to encourage people to subscribe to your email list and then let the magazine do it's work of pre-selling to your new potential clients.

I'm up the road a bit in Central Scotland so what works for you should replicate here no probs.

And my review doesn't do this product justice. For, what is essentially, the change from my pocket I'm getting something that I just couldn't produce myself and clients/leads will love, each and every month. So many uses!

Hope you sell masses so it is profitable for you to produce but if you can keep the Scottish sales to a minimum then that'd be great ta! :-)

I will try to explain:

The magazine has been professionally designed by a graphic designer, Wendy.

Not everybody has her skills so it would be very difficult to keep the layout of the magazine if ALL of the text were editable.(I would definitely mess it up!! ha ha)

To make things easier, we created the design and 'flattened' it so that nobody can make a mistake and make a mess of the design. Instead, we made ONLY THE LINKS editable.

However, we wanted you to be able to use and edit the articles if you wanted to, so we supplied those in Word/text format so that you can use them on your blogs, newsletters etc.

Does that make sense? I hope it does.

To be honest, I don't think people fully 'get' the concept yet and are seeing it too literally as a magazine and are not sure what to with it.

We are trying to explain that it is the same as any other PDF report that you would use as a free giveaway on a squeeze page, their website, on their Facebook fan pages etc ....but with the added incentive that it will convert those subscribers into qualified leads, making it easy to get more offline jobs with local businesses.

Yes...you receive the new issue of the magazine EVERY month.

It has editable links pointing back to your website and we have added some profitable affiliate programs too that will appeal to your local businesses and earn you even MORE money.

The mag is a tool for you to customise with your own web links and then use it in one of many ways to sell your services on Seo, web design and social media interraction to help small businesses get more clients.

Each month you will get a new copy of the magazine by means of a download link. Each issue will have new content which will be invaluable to small businesses. I have to work on facebook and twitter for my own website and redesign a page on my website .

Honestly I have been putting it off. Another case of the painter making everyone elses house look nice and not spending time on his own, lol.

We don't have a sample however the graphics in our sales page give you a very idea of what the magazine is and the content contained.

What the magazine is designed for and does well is to introduce to the local businesses the need to go online. It pre-sells.

Through your emails after they have received the magazine you can then show how you can help their business and the areas you specialise in.

With respect it's not really the case that every other post has had a problem and I'm sure that some of the members who did have a problem won't mind me saying that they had the problem because they were so excited they dived straight in and didn't read our comprehensive step by step illustrated read me with detailed graphics.
