Hi,

I believe that this is an excellent WSO and at a superb price. I believe that if used correctly it can drive a lot of people into a funnel for back-end marketing to which should generate a lot of leads/clients.

I do have a quick question however.

I have downloaded LibreOffice and have opened up the PDF for editing and am able to edit the first three pages however the fourth page is just a blank page and no further pages are loaded.

I am able to view all of the pages fine in a reader but just cant get LibreOffice to open up the whole file.

Any ideas as to what the problem may be?

I've bought similar PLR type offers which were discontinued after a few months. Not saying you guys will do this but can you share your background/expertise? Are you publishers in some way?

Gary's background has been in Internet marketing for many years. I myself am a freelance photographer/journalist and have been writing articles, training packages, educational books and study guides for several decades. I also have training in design, which means we write, layout and produce everything ourselves.

I understand your concerns. Who wants to sign up for something that is just going to fizzle out?

I've downloaded the package and explored the contents. Am I missing the PSD's that are needed to edit the included "Illustrations"? There are JPG's and PNG files, but no layered format for editing.

Example: ILLUSTRATIONS\Promotional Graphics\3D_COVER_LRG.png has a flattened image of a cover with your title(logo)... we need to be able to edit that promotional graphic to promote our title(logo). As it sits now, I'll have to edit the PDF, screen print, paste into Photoshop, and use a third-party cover action to produce a useful promotional cover.

Have a quick look at the Read Me which will show you how to do it (its DEAD easy) and if you do get stuck (You won't!!! ) Wendy will be back on line within the next hour to get all technical with you and show you how to do it.

The product you're providing is worth far more than you're charging. Please provide the PSD files for the Illustrations, or at least the promotional material, or change your sales copy to alert buyers that editable graphics and editable promotional material are not provided - flattened graphic files are provided. Once again, this is a great deal.

The cover image and title IS editable.

Every single link both on the cover (including the title) AND inside the magazine is completely editable.

Thanks for your patience.

No, you aren't missing anything. You don't need a PSD file to edit the title.

The title is a separate image box which, if you want to rename the magazine, you should click on it, and a graphics square frame will appear around it.

Simply delete it and then add in your own title using a text box. Apologies for not updating the Read Me with the font. It is Myriad pro, bold 150 pt with a drop shadow.

If it won't let you select anything on the page, you may have accidentally clicked on another part. Simply cllick off the page completely to deselect and you should be able to select the title. Make sure that you click in the centre of the IMG text to select it.

I hope this helps but if you send me your email address, (wendygarrattphotography@yahoo.com), I will make sure that all the editing video tutorials I'm putting together at the moment will get to you.

That must be why he included the path to these images in the zip file I created to deliver this WSO but we've never mentioned in our replys to his posts. He wants the promotional images to match his edited PDF. That makes sense. I should upload the promotional image PSD files so that they can be edited to match the edited PDF. Doing so will save my WSO customers time and money. I am a super nice person. Sys4 is a super nice person. I must make Sys4 happy."

I can't speak for the OP, but my thoughts are:

You would offer a free digital download to build a list of prospects interested in your services while building brand awareness. The magazine/s build credibility and the ads within offer your services. You advertise the free digital download using all the usual mediums - flyers, postcards, letters, emails, banners, telephone calls, radio, tv, press releases, social, skywriting, crop circles, etc...

It's genius.

Sys4 is right...there are so many uses for this PLR.

I presume that you have a website/blog/Facebook page offering your local offline SEO and marketing services?

If so you use this as you would any other PLR report to encourage people to subscribe to your mailing list by offering this magazine in return for their email address.

The magazine does a great job of pre-selling your services to local businesses who might not normally understand SEO or are resisting taking their business online.

Then with your follow up emails you talk about some of the articles in the magazine and how you can help them and before long they will be on the phone asking you for more information about your services and you have got them.

As well as just putting it on your website or squeeze page I distribute flyers to local businesses (just walk down your high street) or use direct mail which is my favourite method.

For a BRILLIANT way to send a highly personalised letter to a local business that gets results take a look at this:

A really fast and effective way to get people to download the book is to set up a page a fanpage on facebook and get people to optin.

Or use, Twitter, Craigslist, Gumtree, newspaper advertising etc.

Hopefully, you as a marketing expert will have your own favourite methods of promotion.

However the key is to get the PLR where people can see it and opt-in then let it work its's magic.

it gently pre-sells and local businesses will LOVE you and will only want to work with you and nobody else.

I HATE cold calling. I hate having to walk into a local business which is literally dying through lack of trade and try to convince the owner that I can help him get more customers and him saying he 'doesn't need' the internet and sending me on my way, just because he doesn't understand what I am offering.

THIS PLR MAGAZINE solves that problem and does all of the hard work for you.

Yes it comes as a PDF but also you get the articles in Word .DOC and in Text only form, along with the article illustrations so that you can use them in your Blog entries, on your website, etc.
