If you are reading this and are in or plan to be in the internet (especially mobile) marketing business grab this now... If you forget and come back later to buy, these folks could be gone, they will have enough monthly subscribers. You will notice 5 pages of real postings this is really selling. When you come back and if they are still available it will be at a much much higher price. If it becomes the industry standard, as I suspect it will, the monthly price will skyrocket.

This is such a great marketing tool. Think... your potential customer request it and you remind them every month who and what you are, but you are not being pushy, just sending their magazine's monthly copy. It is said that 80% of the sales are made on the fifth call.

And you have more profit with the massive back-ends with all those magazine ads you can have and make a commission on each. The price $6.95, once a month is much too low.

How do I get my new edition of the magazine?
Every 30 days after your subscription joining date, you will receive an email which contains a download link for your latest magazine.

The email is sent to the Paypal email address. Please remember to add this email address to the list of Safe addresses on your Paypal account.

If your link does not arrive into your inbox within 12 hours of your subscription payment being debited from your account, check the SPAM folder as you will often find the Link email has been filter out into your SPAM.

Can I change the logo and name of the magazine?
Yes, you can do this easily. It is an editable graphic so just remove it and add your own in seconds. You can name the magazine anything you like.

Can I use the PLR articles on my blogs and emails etc?
Yes, they are yours to use how you wish. Some people might not want to use the magazine and may just wish to use the PLR articles instead so we have given you both options. Add them to your blogs, newsletters, Facebook, emails...or however you want to use them.

Is this the price I pay each month?

How do I get any of the back Issues?

I am not very technical. Is it easy to make changes to the magazine?
Oh yes…..it is VERY easy. We have fixed the magazine in place so it is impossible to knock it out of sync. We made all of the links pointing back to YOUR web site and the affiliate links editable. You can also change the name of the title very quickly. There are step by step instructions with screenshots so you can’t go wrong. When you see how easy it is the first time, every other issue will easy peasy after that and you will have it uploaded on your site in no time.

Are there any extra costs or upsells?
No…you don’t need to spend another penny. Everything you need is included in the cost. No expensive software (it’s a free office program), no graphic designers…we did it all for you and no need to hire anybody to do it for you as it is SO EASY with our step by step instructions.

Hi Mark

Yes you are spot on. You will receive a new link every 30 days. Once you've edited the mag you have the option of reducing the dpi of the Pdf down to a screen resolution which then reduces the file size of you want to email it to your clients, but we wanted to deliver print quality mags to give you the option should your subscribers prefer to print out a hard copy.

Hi Mark.

The problem with making more and more editable elements on the page is that it leaves more scope for problems top come up for peoplein the edit. I will look at the possible ways to make the front cover more adaptable in the near future.

As for editing with other software, you can try Adobe Acrobat pro but we have found that the best solution is the one we are currently using.

Keep watching for more developments.

Thanks for the questions:

1) Yes..the price you pay now is the price you always pay. It is a special locked in price. It will never go up.

2) Professional printing prices vary. We use solo press here in the UK but I am not sure what prices are like where you are.

However, if the local business just wants to run their own off, they can do so fairly cheaply using a draft print on their printer.

To encourage the businesses to click on the affiliate links in the ad, we deliberately didn't put the destination address in the ad so even if they print the magazine off, they will have to open the digital version to click on the links.

3) Yes....the articles are all PLR material so you can use them on your blogs or in your autoresponders, newsletters etc.

It is a FREE office software and makes changing the links incredibly easy....even I can do it and I have the technical skills of a gnat

To make it as easy as possible we 'fixed' most of the magazine in place but made all of the links back to your site, the affiliate links and the name and logo of the magazine totally editable.

This means that it is impossible to knock the magazine out of sync and spoil the design so NOBODY will have any problems editing it and can have the magazine up and running on their site in minutes.

We have included a detailed step by step 'read me' which also shows how you can even add extra pages VERY EASILY.

Yes we are. That was going to be our lead article in this issue but we felt that with the recent Google+ Local changes we would go with that this month.

The next issue will be a 'mobile' special edition and we have got great things planned for it.

Now that we have got the logistics sorted out with the layout and editing we can concentrate on really showcasing the services that you specialise in and will bring in the leads for these services.

Thanks for your message and it's great to know that my previous report helped you too.

This works in very much the same way....the principles are the same as in it effectively promotes the idea of the small business putting their business online when they may have resisted the idea previously.

It is very informative and lays the path for furture communication and motivates them to ring you and use your services.

Here is how to use it effectively:

1) Offer the magazine as an incentive for them to sign up to your mailing list. Because it is professional looking and is aimed at small businesses it will convert well for you.

2) It is informative and doesn't use technical jargon so is perfect to pre-sell your SEO services.

Once of the biggest obstacles offline marketers have is trying to convince local business owners that they need to increase their online presence or optimise their site or make it smart phone friendly. I hate cold selling and seeing their scowly unfriendly faces telling me they are not interested in going online.

Because they don't understand it, they don't want to know. As a result they are being defensive and saying 'no' even though they don't know what they are saying no too. The internet scares them and more often than not they don't want to discuss it.

This magazine does all of the hard work for you and pre-sells your service in a friendly and down to earth way.

3) Now that they are on your mailing list you can start emailing them and discussing some of the points in the magazine in a friendly non-salesy manner. Alternatively you can use the more direct approach that you used with the Google Places report because the magazine pre-sells for you.

4) They will contact you because there are full pages ads showcasing your services in the magazine with clickable links back to your website.

5) Tips: I am actually going to put leaflets through local businesses in my area offering the magazine and pointing to my squeeze page as well as place some ads in my local paper, on Gumtree and Craiglist. I might even send a letter directly like I do with the Google Places report that you mentioned.

I hope that this helps you Tim and you can see the potential of the magazine.

1) The mag is fully done for you and sent out as a downloadable PDF with clickable links back to your website.

As well as the mag we have included all of the Word and text files so that you can add it to your web site, blog, newsletter, facebook posts etc. etc.

2) Yes you would include the cover on your squeeze page and any where you have an opt-in box.

3) Yes..there are two full page ads listing the services you provide AND there are multiple links to your site from the front cover AND inside the contents page (see graphic above).

It is amazing!

You can also create additional pages if you wanted to include any promotions that you want to make (eg. the 25% discount you mention). You could also use those incentives as extra material in any subsequent emails that you send out once they have opted in to your list.

4) We use Solo press here in the UK for our printing services but there will be an equivalent in your area. To be honest you don't need to create a hard copy...the pdf will will be perfect and do the job
