I've discovered a great way to make a lot of money that has many of the same attributes of internet marketing. It's called short sale investing in real estate and the concept of it is pretty easy to grasp.

But first you should know a few things about short sales and why they're so extremely profitable...


They require no money upfront whatsoever

Sound too good to be true? Sound like I'm daydreaming about some weird fantasy investment I made up in my mind? Not quite...


Here's how and why it works.

You act as a conduit between a distressed, defaulting, property owner and the bank that owns the mortgage on the property. You work with the bank loss mitigation officer to reduce the mortgage amount on the property to a level that will allow the property to be sold quickly to you, who will then sign it over to an end buyer you've already got lined up.

During the above time, you have the property in question under an "option" contract. This contract grants you the right, but Not The Obligation, to buy the property for a specified period of time.

While you work the finer points of the deal you're actively looking for an end buyer for the property. When a 3rd party makes an acceptable offer that allows the deal to work, you exercise your "option to buy" and take brief ownership of the property. The final offer is already on the table before you commit to anything. The money is in the bank so to speak. Then it's simply a matter of closing the deal and making your profit spread.

I've been fortunate enough to close many short sales deals and make good money in the process. It takes about the same skill level and work as internet marketing, yet I've been able to make multiples of my internet income with short sales.

It's definitely something you can do on the side to make extra money while having internet marketing be your main endeavor.

The money is excellent and consistent. I average $10,000-$25,000 profit per deal! I can teach you to do the same!

My point is this...

If you want to make more money with no risk and high leverage, this is the way to do it.

Trust me. I've looked into all kinds of investments and ways to make money- Stocks, mutual funds, tax liens and deeds, commodities, I've researched them all and tested many of them but nothing I've found comes close to short sales.

Key Point: The short sale opportunity is prime right now in todays economy... banks are getting killed by REOs and short sales help banks to mitigate losses!

My opinions aside, lets look at some facts about short sales and how every party involved benefits:
  • The average REO (foreclosed real estate owned by bank) costs the bank $60,000 in sunk costs.
  • A short sale usually cuts this cost to the bank in half! The bank should thank you for your help in executing the deal... you save them an average of $30,000 for every deal you make!
  • Foreclosure terribly scars credit rating of property owner for 7 years. The owners ability to obtain credit with reasonable terms will be destroyed if they go through foreclosure.
  • A short sale saves the property owners credit and gives them a new financial lease on life. They get out of the house unscathed and can move on clean. They make out like bandits.
  • You act as a conduit facilitate the deal going through. It takes no money, no risk, (due to the option contract) and very little time to sniff out and execute short sale deals.
  • You don't have to have any superhuman skills or anything. If you can put up websites of any kind and make money from them you can do this easily! I would say short sales take less skill to execute then internet marketing.
  • When the deal closes and the final 3rd party buyer takes ownership of the house you make your profit. Each deal will have different factors that influence the final profitability, but I've historically averaged between $10,000-$25,000 per deal. You can too!

I've gotten very good at short sales over the past few years. I've practically got it down to a science. You can leverage everything I know right now for yourself and put it to use in your life.

I believe that short sales and internet marketing are the two best ways to a life of lasting freedom, abundance, luxury, travel, fun, excitement and more.

Andrew,

I like to keep banks out of my life as much as possible so having them checking my credit report, etc. can be irksome. Do you have a way around this?
