Too bad I didn't read the end of this thread...oh well.

I purchased on Aug. 29, 2009 the Silver Level Niche Membership and haven't received a welcome email or anything.

Hopefully, I'll hear something soon, if not, I'll have to request a refund but I'd rather receive the niche and articles.

Yeah, I'm not sure what happened. I've PM'd Tommy a couple of times and do get responses but no real explanation for what's going on. I don't think he checks this thread either. I signed up in July and got July's content, which was very good by the way, but haven't received anything since that time. He mentioned difficulty with his writers but it has been two months now. I would have at least liked to have an explanation of some kind rather than zero communication. I know he has another membership that is far more expensive and I wonder if they are getting their content? It's too bad because the membership really did look good. He hasn't posted on the forum in nearly a month so perhaps something happened outside of his control. Not sure if we'll ever find out either.

Boy! I wish I would have read this whole post before I joined. My money is tight and I picked this over another based on TomG's forum reputation. I don't have $30 bucks just to throw out and hope to get something back. I was really excited. I would even just take the niches and no content.

Not me, I'd rather the content, but that's just me. But, anyway, while I'm anxious and a little disappointed that he's MIA, I really think Tommy is just busy and will be back with more great stuff.

I've decided I'm going to wait, patiently. I have plenty to do in the meantime.

Hello everybody! Gee, I'm sorry I did not look at this thread sooner. OK, here's the scoop: I sent out all the writing assignments (actually, I sent them out multiple times to different authors). All I received for my efforts were tons of excuses. Normally, I would have written them all and fired all the authors. I did not do this because I had my hands full with the Platinum Membership. Now, I've hired an in-house staff to do the writing and finally everything is back on track. Everyone will get all the content and back niches and if they want it, I'll give them their money back, whatever you want. I was a victim of people's broken promises. Now, I've taken matters into my own hands and have a local staff. If they don't perform, they're FIRED. I thank everybody for their patience and understanding. All back niches and September content will be available by next Friday.

It was worth the wait! Now I'm glad I didn't read the whole post or I would not have joined. This is just what I was looking for. I have no problem with content or promotion, I just have become so frustrated trying to find a niche. Everyone says niches are all around, just pick up a magazine or go to the store. They might be, but when you don't know what you're looking for, it's easy to miss. This gives me ideas to now know what to look for.

I just stuck one term in Market Samurai and there is actually some 'green'! Now to cancel my other subscriptions. I was just sent some "great niches": acai and hoodia - Geez! I'm also learning that there is a difference between micro niches and long tail keywords in terms of trying to dominate. Even if I find a good long tail keyword, if it's in a broad niche, it's still so hard for my webpage to rank because so many other authority sites are broad matching for that keyword.

Hi TomG, I have a few questions, please.

- Is it possible to choose from your niches? I don't mean to ask for exact niches or keywords, but I'm anxious about the general field or subject matter the niche belongs to. I mean, it might be hard for me to come up with content for a niche like 'math and calculus equations' or something too arcane for my simplistic mind to handle if I have to come up with my own content down the road, or if the niche is something that's totally dull for me, or boring?

- Would the material you deliver include some simple explanation to clarify to a noob like me why the niches are worth spending time on? Consider that I know nothing about making keyword choices when starting out, I'm still exploring/researching all that. But if you have some documentation included with the niche/keywords giving me insight into why the niches I get are promising, I'd be more confident over the long run to stick to building them (as opposed to possibly getting frustrated with them when I get impatient for results and buckle down as what seems to happen to most IM's starting out).

I don't also mean to ask your 'trade secret' on how you do the service that you're offering here, I'd be happy to continue buying niches from you into the future, but as a newbie into this whole IM thing, I think it's more a matter of wanting to know each step of the way that what I'm doing is worth it, and wouldn't just be another dead end.

- Can I still join your linking campaign even if I sign up with only a bronze membership? I'm still deliberating now whether I should get articles from you or try writing stuff myself--I think I need to train myself to write if I'm going to be a number of sites into the future anyway.
