Yes, I did talk with the programmers about this feature and a few others that were suggested. It is scheduled to be added with version 2.0. I don't have an exact date for that update, but it will be sometime soon.

Watched the videos. Very compelling stuff.

One thing I'm still unsure about though is this...

Given the huge weight Google places on backlinks, isn't it possible - likely, even - that the reason for the high rankings that we're analyzing are due more to the quality and quantity of the backlinks than the OnPage optimization?

If so, then simply writing content with the words used on those pages won't necessarily produce the same results, right?

Or, am I missing something?

Great question...glad you asked.

There's no doubt that backlinks play a HUGE part in rankings...and so, yes, the pages that UKTE crawls for content HAVE been effected in some way by external linking, or off page ranking factors.

However, what the videos and my own testing/use of the software reveal, is that Google still LOVES themed webpages and ranks them well, even when NO backlinks are present.

The problem is that most people perform this really haphazardly...they basically just write articles and content based on their "known" set of keywords and phrases...and often omit some of the most important keywords and phrases...or repeat the Main Keyword over and over again, when other related synonyms would do a better job of Themeing their content.

UKTE takes care of that problem. You don't need to slave away trying to come up with all the relevant keywords and phrases...just work backwards...reverse engineer the current rankings. You're now leveraging the strength of the Search Engine's own relevancy to work in your favor. After all, it's very unlikely that in the long term, Google would rank a page on "polish dancing" when all the content of the page is about "horse racing"...the software helps you tune your pages finely so that you "hand feed" the robots exactly what they've already shown to be their favorite "food" for a given keyword...and then when you do add some links you will climb/stick even better.

Quick Update....Saturday, May 2, 2009

I was waiting for all datacenters to finish their "dance" of the blog before posting...and it looks like at the moment that has been completed.

Using UKTE, the site now ranks #3 of 127,000,000 for the term: article marketing tip across most datacenters.

Still only 7 pages of content indexed on the blog and almost no backlinks to speak of....this is just pure rich content going to bat with Google.

You probably placed an "s" at the end of the word tip. I got 129,000,000

Type your keyword in then scroll down and use keywords from the related and synonym list? As I understand these are the keywords showing you what google deems is relevant?

Google's doing lots of shuffling at the moment...their datacenters are all over the place.

This ranking was coming from 12 datacenters and thought the shuffle would have settled down by now.

You can Google now has 126,000,000 for competition from datacenter 209.85.133.104 for instance...and many others. Some of the datacenters are still showing competition of 52,900,000 as well.

It will be nice when it settles down a bit.

Thanks so much for the question...it's a good one.

The differences between Google's keyword tool and the Ultimate Keyword Theme Extractor are many.

Google's keyword tool reports keywords that they believe you would want to know about...relevant to the keyword that you gave it to search on.

The Ultimate Keyword Theme Extractor looks for patterns of the top 10 ranked sites and then sorts all of the words and filters out, based on your settings...it doesn't look at things from a "keyword" standpoint but from a "ranked content" standpoint.

Let me explain with an example, because I think it will make things much clearer.

I'll pick a topic I know nothing about, to show you the power of the tool.

Let's choose the topic of "organic bedding"

Ok, so do a search at the Google Keyword Tool for "organic bedding" and see what you come up with...

Now, using UKTE, we have very different results because we are taking the actual CONTENT of the top ranking pages, and finding all the words/phrases that appear on each of those top ranked pages based on our filter settings.

The results are different because we are working backwards...and parsing content created by humans who understood the subject at hand...as opposed to Google trying to determine keywords related to our parent keyword.

For instance, Google "recommends" the keyword "organic baby" as the 5th most relevant keyword related to the parent keyword "organic bedding"...

Using UKTE, we can see that not even 2 of the top 10 ranked sites mention the term "organic baby" often...

BUT...UKTE shows us that these terms appear in at least 4 different organic results and are repeated at least twice...

pillow cases
organic materials
mattress pads
thread count
organic cottons
pure organic
cotton percale


Google makes no mention of these terms...yet you can easily see why someone who understands organic bedding might include them in their content.

Google DOES however understand that these terms are related to "organic bedding"...and UKTE is the tool that shows you these ranking patterns.

UKTE makes the creation of thematically-rich-content painfully easy.

I purchased and man what a great tool! I'm still getting used to it or should I say how to use the info that it affords you.

Hopefully I don't jinx myself but I submitted a new post at 2am this morning and sometime within the last 7 hours it got indexed on the first page of Google already for the main keyword I was targeting. Wow! That being said, the weird thing (to me, at least) is that the blog's main page is what got indexed and not the individual post.

Do you have any insight to that you can provide on this?

Also, Can I go back to my original posts and tweak them? Should I see any benefit to this or is it too late for them?

In regards to Onlywire, do you use the paid membership or the free? And do you have a strategy for using Onlywire?

Yes, often the home page of the blog will be indexed since the post usually appears on both the home page as well as an individual page. (Wordpress?)

Not to worry...as soon as you post additional content, you should see the individual page take over the ranking...and the home page will show the ranking for the new current post.

Yes, you can (and should) go back to the original posts and tweak them if you'd like. When Google comes back to reindex the content, they will make a note of all changes and act accordingly.

Regarding Onlywire, I'm using the paid membership. One trick is to write an individual post for each of the bookmarking services...instead of creating 1 post for all of them. This way you can rotate anchor text, titles, ect.

Got this today. Looking forward to running some tests on this.

I make my living from giving the search engines exactly what they want. I have a fairly (well very) long winded way of doing this, which takes about 6 hours of research per keyword phrase to do properly.

Hoping the application will cut this down a bit. I have a lot of benchmarks to test the results against plus existing results to back-test and compare.

More on this when I have a chance to compare my "old" way results to the results the software generates.

Been using the UKTE for just over a month and it's an incredible piece of software. I can generate themes for my websites in a couple of hours but beyond that, I can see at an instant what the site structure should look like for setting up silo sites.
