EDIT: Here is my initial reaction. Not an easy install and no documentation included in the download files to help. This was first purchase of one of Ivancho's themes.

Has a support forum but not much there in the way of installation help. I installed this on an exisiting dog training domain name I have that has been indexed and actively receiving SE traffic for quite some time. My original site, which I designed and coded, was populated with self-updating youtube dog training videos, Amazon product cloud, self-updating clickbank products, Adsense, etc.

However, I liked the fresh look of this theme and thought it would be beneficial to go with a new look. One of the things I have found over time is that it is a good idea to change up your "look" every couple of years.

So, basically my site is "down" until I can figure out the support system for proper installation. Did not find the PLR articles in my download files, but did have the bonus keyword file.

I have several WP blogs with a variety of themes so I do understand basic WP installation and installing themes and plugins. This is not a typical WP installation.

I am sure that everything will work out eventually. My advice, which I should have taken myself, is not to install on an established domain until you are absolutely sure you understand the install procedure.

This initial review is not intended to be negative nor should it be taken that way. It is simply to help others (especially newbies) know what to expect "right out of the box". Although I do not have that many post here, it does not mean that I am a newbie. I make a full time living online and have been doing so for at least 10 years. I am 58 years old and have been self-employed since I was 21. I do have extensive business experience in both offline and online businesses.

Just my 2 cents.

Just thought I would give an update on my experience with this theme. I hope I do not sound negative, but if I sound disappointed, well, I will confess to that.

I wouldn't take too literally the 5 minute install for any newbie. Maybe my clock just runs slow.

The half page or so of install instructions are hidden behind a "support" forum instead of being part of the download files. While one can follow them such as they are, they do not contain instructions on how to change the Adsense Publisher ID, CB ID, or Amazon ID to your account from his.

I don't think the average newbie is going to know how to do this on their own. The instructions are found in another place in the "support" forum instead of as a widget in the wp-admin, which is where you would expect to find it. Well, that is not quite accurate. You can change the Amazon from inside the wp-admin, but the others you need to open a file in the theme itself with a text editor.

This would be more understandable if you were installing the theme as a normal wp theme install and not the way it is currently set up. I guess I am saying you need to know what you are doing or be willing to take the time to learn.

I would not really call this a PLR in the normal sense and usage of the term. For example, the articles are not easily accessible so that they can be edited. The auto install feature shows a post date of all your articles as of March 17, 2009 regardless of the date that you actually install your blog. That is not what I would call a SEO friendly feature.

There are a few other issues that I find disappointing, but I don't want to sound like I am nitpicking.

Nobody asked, just thought I would finish what I had started earlier in this thread.

The real proof will be if I see any difference in income (up or down) over the previous theme I had installed on my exisiting domain.

I am confuse now. So we are only getting the articles? And the design is not part of the WSO. Why is there a design portion in part of the package then? If not, what is the actual "business in a box type" are you referring?
