F.A.Q.

How do I order and pay for an eCover design?

Click on the "Add To Cart" button above in the WSO salespage.

You'll then be redirected to our payment processing gateway, e-Junkie, which leads to PayPal's payment processing system.

After payment is made through PayPal, you'll receive 2 automated emails to the exact email that's associated with your PayPal account .

One email will be from PayPal notifying you that you've made a payment to us, and the other email will be from e-Junkie containing a download link to our order form.

*** IMPORTANT***
Please make sure to check your spam box for our payment verification email, sometimes our emails are redirected to your spam box. e-Junkie's email will have in the title "eCover Design WSO Purchase" in the subject line.

Look inside the email with the subject title "eCover Design WSO Purchase" you'll find a download link for our Order Form, which is provided in several formats in a zip file.

The "eCover Order Form" has to be filled out and sent back in order to start work on your eCover design.

Once the order form is completely filled out, email the Order Form to the email address included in the order form.

What if I need my project done very fast?

Please contact us before you order if you have a deadline to meet. Many times we are able to do rush jobs for an additional fee if our workload permits.

If were not able to do your job according to your time table, we apologize.

What if I'm looking for a different style or something custom that's not in your portfolio or eCover examples?

Just contact us via our Contact Form located under the "Add To Cart" button on the WSO salespage, and we'll let you know if we can handle your custom order. Normally anything related to graphics can be handled..

What's size of eCovers do I get with my order?

Don't worry we've got that covered. We always include 3 size, sm, med and lg, for every eCover style designed. Exact sizes are not known until the design is finished. Your sure to receive a size that fits your needs.

How do you deliver my eCover to me?

Your finished eCover design is delivered via your email address, in a downloadable zipped file. File size varies.

You'll also need to unzip your files. You can use Winzip or any other zip utility, like Winrar, we personally suggest using 7-Zip, its completely 100% free.

What type of images will you use on my eCover design?

All the images used in the eCover designs have been purchased legally and are royalty free. Once we hand the eCover over to you, you'll own rights to personally use the design itself. But you do not have the rights to the individual images that have been used to design the eCover.

The images within the eCover design cannot be taken out and used in any other way than they were given to you. If you happen to like a certain image that we used in your design, just ask and we'll be glad to point you in the right direction to legally purchase them yourself.

What if I don’t like my design?

Don't worry. we'll make sure to get it to your satisfaction.

How long does it usually take to receive my eCover design?

Normally you'll receive your finished eCover design within 72 hours after payment is made and the "eCover Order Form" is completed and sent back to me.

How many revisions am I allowed?

We offer 2 quick revisions if needed, which is NOT normal. Anything after that, we charge an additional revision fee of $10.00.

The best way to avoid any issues is to make sure that when you fill out the "eCover Order Form" you fill it out completely.

Please make sure to add any special instructions or comments we need to know and be as orderly and detailed as possible.

What type of image file formats are my eCover designs delivered in?

We can deliver in .jpg or.png just request which one you need on our "Order Form"

Everyone else offers the original .PSD files, do you?

No, we do not offer the original PSD files for several reasons. 99.9% of our eCover designs are produced with royalty free stock images. Each image has copyright and licensing restrictions for their redistribution.

If your eCover design was designed with no stock images, then we can offer the PSD files to you for an additional fee of $10.00.

What about refunds?

Once you make payment and the design process has started there are no refunds allowed. But If the design process has not been started then we have no problem issuing a full refund or credit towards another project, minus PayPal's new refund fees. Which are nominal.

We put lots of effort and time into designs and unfortunately because of this we are unable to offer refunds after the design process has started.
