It really depends on which niches you choose, I am estimating 15-20 blogs to be on the safe side. However, I am confident it can be done with less if you get some great niches.

I'd love to know your "secrets" to get more out of my blogs and create more new blogs in different niches. I would be happy if I could earn 5K a month just from blogging, but 3K would also be great for me.

I think this is what I need to really get motivated, put more into it, and get some awesome new blogs started and get them earning something good for a change.

Do you have an estimate on much time a day or week your method takes?

Jason - You are going to love the content and of course the money you will be making with your blogs very soon. All my extra income I am putting right towards my debt so it looks like I will make my goal of being debt free before April 2009 (which was my personal deadline).

Jason - It is because you paid with an eCheck and the PayPal IPN waits until the echeck clears to make you active. The only types of payments that are instant are the instant bank transfers, debit card or credit card.

This is not get rich quick, but realistically you will see a decent part time income come within the first several months and you can potentially build that to a full time income over about a year or so. However, once it starts coming in it will start building and building and your income will go higher and higher each month.
