2. Yes. If you're using this plugin for Amazon, all you need to do is to put your standard affiliate link. The plugin will automatically convert it to 2 different Amazon's links (offer listing page and customer reviews page) but it still contains your affiliate ID. But, if you're using this plugin for non Amazon link, you can deactivate the price comparison and read more reviews button.

Hi, yes you need to type product name and standard affiliate link manually in the post setting box. But, if you promote Amazon product and activate all of the buttons feature, the plugin will automatically convert standard affiliate link to two other Amazon's page for same product.

For now, if you want button with specific language, you can make your own button manually and replace the button image on the image folder. Please make sure the filename is same.

I can give you the PSD file for these buttons if you're familiar with photoshop

I can't find a way to put the plugin where I want it in my posts.
It seems that it's only allowed to appear at the end of each post, which limits it's use (I have several sites where the posts have more info after the buy buttons, or have the buy buttons appearing more than once in each post).
Is there a way (like a shortcode) that I can use o put the various weapons where I want them in my posts?
