It's very rare that I comment on anything, but here's the deal... Ya know, sometimes you wonder what kind of value you will ACTUALLY get when buying something for 5 bucks these days. Most of the time I don't even bother, but I can tell you you'll be glad you did. Anything that can leverage your time and get you up and rolling, becoming a PLAYER in your marketplace, is money in the bank. This is one of those things. Buy it. -Matt |

It took about 2 minutes to get the idea of what you were doing, just by looking at the mindmap. If that was all there was, it would have been worth many multiples of the $5. But then, you added the videos, teleseminars, and more to really clarify it all. Simple and elegant, adding this technique will not only bring in more money, but save time as well. Thanks. Bill |

I have 3 pages of notes from Tuesday nights seminar! Time to get busy. Actually your teleseminar gave me some clarity on a few ideas that I have been considering before. I have identified some markets to target. That is something I was struggling with in the past. Writing up a marketing plan right now to start generating leads for myself, to build my offline biz. Well worthwhile! Sample mind maps can also be used during a seminar to show the prospects the potential for their business. When used to highlight a successful case study and followed by actual results achieved, checkbooks will "magically" appear. |

For $5 Maria will show you the potential and how you can convince offline clients to invest in you. Short but powerful videos. If you can't invest in $5, don't expect your clients to invest in you either. Great job Maria! |

I guess great minds think alike.... I've been silently using mindmaps for my offline clients using my new Systemizer Software (that took 5 months to develop) I can attest to the fact that offline business owners love "sophisticated plans" as it makes them feel they are really getting something of value and that you know what your doing when you map it all out for them. I'm curious to your twist on the offline business model using mind maps..... I'll have to snatch it up and see ![]() Frank Bruno |

Thanks for this excellent offer Maria. I had to buy because Angela recommended it. I subscribe to her monthly package and in just a couple of months and several emails that she's answered, I've grown to trust her - that's what this is all about anyway - garnering trust in the person that you're dealing with. Angela's recommendation for you is GOLD - and I'm glad I felt that way. I just CONSUMED the entire video presentation after printing out the Mind Map. For the first time, I actually understand a Mind Map. I've seen them from Russell Brunson's stuff, but never really "got it" until you walked me through this. Bet that was a benefit you didn't even expect from this. Plus, this is my niche. My business partner and I are working on marketing to offline businesses and this will dovetail directly into it. I'm the more technical one in the partnership and he's much more sales and copy writing savvy - although we've both been in sales for over 13 years. This Mind Map presentation could be the very thing to provide him with a full blown presentation that he can take out and give to a business owner. That's where he's stalled - he doesn't understand the technical stuff enough to feel confident in selling it by himself. I keep reminding him that neither of us understood things we've sold in the past 100% before we started selling them, but it seems that anything technical like computer and internet items automatically create a sense that we need to fully understand before we start. That's simply not true. Finally, thanks for providing the MP4 download. My partner and I meet at a coffee shop that DOES NOT have internet access. You may ask why. The answer is two-fold. #1 - we're not bothered by all the other computer weilding people so we're free to set up our laptop and go over stuff on it. #2 - we're getting to know the owner so that we can bring him into the internet age. He's slowly expressing interest in what we're doing in his shop and we're slowly getting to know him so we can expose him to this idea. Thanks for a wonderful offering - we'll get so much benefit from this. It provides a "map" of how to present the entire idea to someone. Plus, one idea on here gave me an excellent way to market our own offline idea we've been developing over the past month as well. Great Job James Dunn Athens, GA |

Maria and all, Just checking in after letting this WSO sink in for a few days. Yes indeed rich and valuable content. I am looking forward to working with this very soon. If this is any indication of the type of WSO that Maria is going to give us on a regular basis (Maria, Hint - Hint). hold on. Of course it's all academic if we don't go out and implement. I love the idea of using it as an outline for a speaking engagements with groups of business owners. That could be powerful. Well, keep up the good work Warriors, we're making a difference. Seb |

Hey Maria, Snagged this WSO the other day, just bought it without reading too much of your description of it, as I have been following your posts on other threads, offering great offline advice. Opened it up earlier & was amazed at, not only the concept of using the MindMap, but the information contained on it. This to me would have been well worth MUCH more than a measly $5 as it is, but then watched the videos ..... wow ! Then I read about the telesminars & I must admit my heart sank a bit as usually I am unable to attend these (like many others I suspect), but quickly realised that you are recording these & posting them up ... Whoo Hoooo .This makes such a difference to be able to, not only listen to the calls when I want / can, but I can "rewind" back to points I may have missed or misunderstood & clarify them. Thanks again Maria for sharing this & please just send me the "pay" link for your next WSO (s) .... just me no one else ... or put my name on your "priorty notification" list ~ not joking this time.Cheers, PeterC. |

Maria, Thanks for a great wso. The best $5 I have spent in a long time! The mind map is a great way to get your head around everything that is going on. I know this stuff, and it's hard for me to remember all of the components involved -- I can imagine what a business owner is thinking trying to tackle this on his or her own. And it's great at positioning yourself as an expert as well. Here's a question for you -- maybe you could do your next wso around it ![]() What is your sales process like to take your prospect from a cold (or warm) lead to paying you $500-$1000 for the blueprint? So I guess the question is, how do you sell the blueprint in the first place? To get a business owner to plop down that kind of money for a plan, you'll need to build some good value somewhere in the process. I'm just curious how you do that. I was actually thinking it would be worth doing these for prospects at a nominal price just to get in front of them in a serious way - because as you say, the conversions on the backend for implementation should be very high. Thanks Again, Matt |

Maria, I bought your mindmap and videos. Great job. But I have two questions: 1) How would you approach your FIRST customer without any experience? That is, what do you say if they ask how many other businesses you've helped? 2) Let's say you're going to set up an autoresponder, AdWords, or hosting account for a customer. How do you set it up in their name and use their credit card? I'd think most people wouldn't want anyone to have access to their credit card number and passwords? Thanks, Johnny |

Autoresponder - I don't set up a separate account in their name. I charge them for the Autoresponder service and use my own. I separate their list from my own and other businesses. Why is this important? Because I want to control that account and control that list. That way, they have a reason for an ongoing relationship - I hold the list. If they ever decide to "leave" me, then there is a "buyout" on the list, but I also maintain a copy of it and rights to it. Also, I charge them for any copy that I produce for emails sent to their list. If you wanted to set up a separate Aweber account, that would be fine, but it is not necessary. Also, once you get enough clients with enough large lists, you may wish to either get an Aweber cobranded account or get your own service and host is on your own domain - that's the two directions I'm considering. Adwords - I'm not sure of the best way to set it up - maybe someone else has an idea. But, I'd probably set it up as a "chargeable" expense similar to the way that Google does it. Get a budget from the business owner for Adwords (daily, monthly, etc.) and charge him that amount at the beginning of the month to "fund" the account. Then, deduct the costs incurred throughout the month from his account assigned to his business and (if you wish) credit any remaining to the next month's adwords budget - thereby either reducing the cost next month, or allowing for a larger budget the next month. Hosting - Get a reseller account and host the site yourself. I'd be happy to point you to a reseller account that I've used and am very happy with. And, I'm certain you would like the costs to you. All of my answer comes down to having the control. The more of the process that you control, the happier that the business owner is. If you are charging him ONE fee, he's much happier than a bunch of smaller fees being charged from all these different sources. Believe me when I say, we business owners (been one for over 15 years) like things pretty cut and dry - and as simple as possible. We've got a business to run, we don't want to deal with any more than we have to that does not directly affect the product/service that we provide. That's why someone to do what we're talking about here is so valuable to the business owner. They can turn all this STUFF over to someone else and not have to deal with it. As for you having their credit card information, if they perceive you as a REAL business person (and they should), then you'll have their credit card number to bill them for their initial fees and their monthly fees - or at least for their monthly fees. I've had a merchant account for several years. One of the neat features on the account is the ability to do automated recurring billing. This allows you to set up the business owner with an automatic charge on a specific day of the month that happens without any intervention on your part. With this, you don't have to even think about anything doing with billing unless your report notes that someone's card is declined or expired. Makes life so much simpler for both you and the business owner. I can also accept debit cards as well as credit cards, checks by fax, phone, and I think email. It's got a ton of neat features. Plus, business owners are impressed that you can accept credit/debit cards - it adds to your credibility. As for how many other businesses you've helped - call me a little nieve, but if you have shown them the Mind Map, presented yourself in a very professional manner, then, and been personally convicted that you can do what you're proposing to do, then they'll probably not even utter the question - nor will it enter their mind. Keep in mind, right now, regardless of what you know (little or much) you know volumes more than 99% of the business owners out there unless what you do it their business - and those don't need you anyway. Also, anyone that knows more than you and is certain of it is probably not a good prospect anyway. When I worked in the finanacial services arena, I hated dealing with engineers (I can say this because I am one). Engineers know so much about so many things, that they fall into a false sense of security that they KNOW IT ALL - even when they don't. Engineers (and a few other professions) were never good prospects for me. There are going to be niches that will not be good prospects for this - and there will be certain individuals that will think they can do it themselves. And guess what? They can, but they can't run their business and do this - or at least not do both of them well. Hey, there's your presentation. They're hiring you to do the things that they either don't want to do, don't have the expertise to do, or just don't want to be bothered with doing. Good luck with this. I'm certain that this, with all the other information I've accumulated in the past few months will be beneficial to this entire process. James Dunn Athens, GA | |
