Let's suppose our new client agrees to a xx day trial period to see how the autoresponder email system works, etc ... What can I do right away to generate a list for the autoresponder. Let's assume it's a pizza restaurant... I'll start:

1. a flyer or business card announcing the email sign up and getting a coupon for a free XX the next time you visit the store
2. a Craiglist listing?
3. other

The goal is to generate about 10-100 leads in 1-3 days and start showing progress to our restaurant owner...

Ummm.....WOW! This is absolutely amazing!!! I was completely blown away by the information in this WSO. For $5 you expect to get a pdf, and the pdf is totally worth it, but to also get all the video and audio that comes with it is just awesome. The videos were very powerful in showing how this mindmap can generate more income for you and the business owner. This completely opened my eyes to the offline world and even to some things to do for my own sites

1) I'm not sure I get the point of the eBay branded store. So you would sell an audio on CD, but what do you put on the CD? I also didn't see a $30/month fee for the branded store, but rather $16, then $50, brand up from there. But should it be the premium level store?

2) Form a meet up group...is this online or offline? If it's online, where should it be set up?

3) When setting up the 5 keyword rich domain name sites, what do you put on the actual site? I understand you install WP, but do you set it up as an squeeze page and then direct subscribers back to your main site?

your answers:

1. ebay is still good for SEO and on the mindmap it is a process for a digital info product for your client (which is great for future revenue for you as you can charge more money to create that info-product for them/with them) - can't remember the price per month offhand - just a regular ebay store is all you need

2. it is online where you set a meetup group (meetup dot com) and then you take it 'offline' and as a group meet for coffee, at an office etc. to discuss the topic -e.g. internet marketing, advertising, google analytics, leveraging the internet, web marketing for brick'n'mortar business, etc.

3./ it is WP , seo optimized with content and above the fold - aweber opt in that is same call to action and report - giveaway- as main site - then takes them back via sexy ad copy to main money site

...the point of 3 that you also leverage BIG TIME is showing the business owner you are creating HIGH RETURN ASSETS for their balance sheet as an website is physical asset they own.

For some reason all I can find if the pdf of the mindmap. When I download from the link that says it has the mmap file it is just an xml and png file. I'm wanting to import it to FreeMind and edit it.

Understand that you mention providing this Marketing Moneymap cost around $500-$1000, but how will they going to fork you that kind of money if we are just starting out? I mean, they didn't even try our service, wouldn't be they not trying to give the money away?

Do you think is it better for us to create the moneymind first? Then showing them what's the things that we will be doing for them. Unless they are interested, then we can provide him the same blueprint that we show him once they give us the money. If they are not keen on it, we can keep the blueprint till they finally decide to get any of the package in the blueprint that we provided.

Or should we just give them the blueprint and wait for their answer? What i am afraid on this is that, they might use this blueprint and ask people to help them. Which waste alot of our time building a personal blueprint to them. Any suggestion for this?

I'll give my opinion (even though you didn't ask me directly). Maria will surely have some additional things as well.

I charge $500 to $1,000 for the analysis of their online marketing as it currently stands with recommendations of how to make it actually a workable marketing plan. I give them nothing in writing that they can keep unless they've paid for the analysis. Basically, as we've started out, we offer this as a "complimentary" service with the understanding that they are getting something that we would normally charge from $500 to $1,000 for. Soon, we will be collecting the check for the analysis and then giving them a credit on their service package - but we're not fully there yet. I know that Robert and Maria say don't give this away, but everyone knows us as homebuilders - not IM experts. Therefore, we've got a little to prove to these people first.

Also, we're "testing" the idea of collecting the check and holding it until after we present the analysis and recommendations. If they choose to employ us, they either get the check back or it's applied to the cost of the service package. If they choose not to employ us at this time, we cash the check - because we've provided a service.

Once again, everything we present is on the computer unless they actually pay for the service. That way, unless they're taking really good notes, they can't take our recommendations elsewhere and get them implemented. If I sense that they are taking good enough notes to accomplish that though, I simply employ my engineering knowledge and start to spout so much geek speak that they can't keep up. Pretty soon, even if they were thinking about going elsewhere, they're either so impressed or so confused that they realize the folly of trying to get someone else to do it.

People are going to give you one of two answers - Yes or No. Yes is good - that makes you employed. But, No is also good - it's an answer. Anything else is a stall tactic and keeps you unemployed. Moving that person to a Yes or No is the trick. Regardless, without money going into my accounts, they get to keep NOTHING.

I hope this is helpful encouragement for you. As I said, Maria will surely have more solid info. I'm working towards ALWAYS collecting the check BEFORE we do anything. But right now, we do a preliminary analysis of their marketing before we even see them the first time.

I usually list out the cost of everything that I'm suggesting/offering, then offer them a discounted price for the "total package". So far that works pretty good. I got that idea from Maria a few months back.

Something we're thinking about adding is a "finance option" for those that feel the $3,000 to $5,000 we ask up front is a bit much to pay at one time. We would get between 40% and 60% upfront with a signed contract - and an auto debit authorization signed - for the remainder. But, since we're "financing" this, the total cost is about 25% more - and that's 25% more on the total package, not just the part that we're financing. Business owners are accustomed to doing this with their insurance on the business, so it's not a foreign concept.

The short answer to your questions is, if they don't pay, they only get verbal info. Written info is for paying customers. Stand by that. The advice we give on internet marketing is far too valuable to their business for us to cheapen our value by giving our expertise away. Stick by your pricing - if it's fair to both you and the customer - and you will be rewarded. In our minds, it's not IF the customer will begin to market on the internet - it's WHEN! They can either be first, be better, or play "catch-up".

Whew - everyone - I was informed by a fellow warrior this week that my download link was 'compromised' so had to change the download process.

So... yes - I switched to a new business optimization technology platform (nanacast) for delivery and promotion of all my products/future products as it includes slick affiliate functionality as well..

The good news is that you all got in at the $5 price as I'm increasing the price in 2 days to warriors - $20 and to non-warriors- $47 with a 50% affiliate commission.
