It depends if you will build the sites yourself. If you do you're looking at $29 listing fee to get started and a domain and hosting.

If not then there's a few things you can outsource for a few dollars.

From what I have seen, it takes three to four times to re-list a site before it sells. And with a $29 listing fee, and most of these sites with no traffic and no revenue going for $100 or less, how in hell can you make any money selling these kinds of sites.

I would sure like to see some reviews for this product from people that have actually done it.

I got a similar report a week or so ago, and come to find out the sites were not selling for enough to make any profit. I notice the OP states that "So, not only am I going to show you how this seller is making money, but I'm going to show you exactly how YOU can do the same." Which shows me that the OP isn't doing this himself, just showing you what is possible, MAYBE.

I would like answers to these questions before I buy. I know it is only $8, but I don't want to go through the bother of refunding if this is more crap like the last one I got.

Are you talking about people relisting sites? He made a generalization so I didn't see a question in that paragraph.

Essentially, he's attacking the idea of people relisting sites over and over and "losing" money. Yes, its possible to lose money on Flippa. Yes, there are some people who keep relisting sites that don't sell. However, that's not the majority. Moreover, there are more than likely several problems with the listing that haven't been adressed because anybody with $29 can list a site on Flippa and try to make money.

You can lose money in ANY business. It's the nature of Economics. Sometimes the market is good, other times its not. I've had sites sell one week for $200, the next week for $50, then the following week for $150. I didn't change one thing on the site or the listing.

Did I make a profit? Yup. Enough to pay my family bills and be free to work from home and spend time with my kids.

If you're going to make money, whether you own a coffee shop, or facebook, you're going to be risking capital...that's why its called capitalism.

You cannot approach internet marketing like the magic ATM in the sky. This is a business and its not always easy. It does take work and staying power.

With my WSO's I'm trying to help people walk through the process of creating a sustainable business that deals with selling a service by showing them that it can be done and its not impossible.

Unfortunately, some people have been burned in the past and are jaded. Therefore, they view life and every WSO through those lenses (who's trying to rip me off?).

More than likely, if he's in that situation, he needs to get off the WF and take a good look inside. What does he already know and how can he apply it? Maybe he doesn't need to buy another WSO...maybe he just needs to take action.

I have never sold a site on Flippa myself. II did sell one through a friend for $3,500 some time back. But I have gotten a few of these flippa products and they all seem to have flaws to the best of my thinking.

As I told you I got a report a few days ago. The fellow suspended the WSO to prove his point with one purchaser, due to all the feedback (complaining) he got. The sites jusat were not selling for enough to make a profit after paying Flippa fees, let alone the cost of the articles if you outsource them as I do, due to I write like crap, and it is hard to type as my left hand is almost useless. I have no feeling in it.

Looking at Flippa listings, I don't see too many sites with no traffic or income going for much. Sometimes $50 or less on occasion. $100 is about the highest most og the time. So if you have to re list it three to four times, which seems to be average to get them sold, there is no profit.

Where am I going wrong?

I don't expect you to reveal any of the secrets of your product. I would just love to know how I can build a site and sell it for a reasonable profit, even though it doesn't have any revenues or traffic. Or how I can generate revenues or traffic in a short time so it was worth something. But I don't see any magic wand out there. It takes time and money I would expect.

Yeah, I saw that WSO and I know what you're talking about. Its very possible to sell no traffic/ no revenue sites on flippa, you just have to know what's hot in the market and how to do it. That's exactly what I try to show in these WSOs.

Yeah, those sites are actually PLR sites that can be used for AdSense, Amazon, or other affiliate opportunities.
