nope. it's a php script that chooses from any number of random url's that you enter for it to choose from. you can't do that with html.

Double meta refresh with redirect rotator is a php script . As an example plse click this link - http://www.tareeinternet.com/scripts/dmr/goto.php and it will show up different website every time you click again. I think it is similar to your offer. Correct me if I am wrong.

yup. it's the same thing. mine doesn't do a double meta refresh, just a single header location. i guess i recreated the wheel.

that being said, most stuff for sale on here is available free somewhere else, if you know where to look and what to search for or how to distill it down to a step-by-step system. thanks for pointing mine out though.
