Sweet I've been looking forward to your launch Sean!

I had recently purchased George's WSO (Google Sniper) and one of the recommendations was to create a YouTube video (not a must, but a recommendation) and I had just built my first site using his system and got to the video part and was thinking "damn I wish Sean's WSO was released" and now here it is!

I just bought it and will be checking it out later today after I get a few other items in order.

I one small complaint if you can call it that. While everyone's opinions vary I will say the type of "tell a friend" script you use on your order process isn't my favorite. Isn't there one that allows the buyer to edit the message before sending it out? I didn't make use of it because I know I wouldn't like to receive a sanitary unpersonalized emails about a product in my inbox from a tell a friend script. Had it given me the opportunity to personalize the message I might have filled out a name or two in there.

Without giving the farm away:

1. Yes, this can be completely outsourced if you want to and have the budget.

2. Direct linking is one option but I prefer to control the destination so I can swap the final destination without causing any problems with the video. Rather that spending a lot of money on domains you can use subdomains and then redirect to the final destination. This way you control the promotion, can create a squeeze page and list build at the same time.

You also have a lot more flexibility controlling the destination for future profit.

3. No, this is not all about Article-Video, which is one method I do cover. However, it's a fraction of what I cover as you will see when you get the course.

I go through many different options in the Video Assassin course and it is really a "Start-Finish" method covering getting started to expanding your business once you get rolling. This really can become an entire dedicated business model that I use extensively in my own business.

This package is excellent. I have now had a chance to review it a bit more and can say that I am starting to feel a lot less scared of video marketing.

Sean even gives you an opt in page for a video (how cool is that) - all you have to do is edit your aweber code, which even I can manage to do.

The ebook covers everything including keyword research (not the usual go to the google adword tool), how to upload video properly, get traffic, back up videos, make videos (includes loads of free resources online that I had never heard of and some I had heard about), become an "expert" etc

You get fantastic graphics - havent looked at all of them as there are far too many.

I have no idea what language you do speak but would imagine that a number of other people desperate to get into IM world also speak your language.

One thing you will find is that many of the CPA networks are actually overseas and they work with marketers all over the world. When you apply you can stress that english is not your first language and even have an interpreter if you need to.

Your language is not really a barrier for this method to work. Also, you do not have to "Talk" on videos if you do not want to.

The tactics and methods I discuss can be done with zero budget and I show you all the tools you can get for free to create a powerful video marketing empire.

I do go over some paid tools as well that can streamline the whole process and make your business run smoothly but you should not invest in anything until you are making some money and proved to yourself that this will work for you (as I know it will).

For promotion of your videos-wouldnt the easiest thing be to submit your videos through traffic geyser as your promoton method? Since that than sends them to multiple places, and strips out the podcasts and submits those, and puts them on some blogs? Id be interested in your opinion on this-if it is just as effective, It would be worth the cost to me.

Traffic Geyser is a great system, though pretty expensive for what you get. I prefer TubeMogul which is one of the services I recommend in this guide.

TubeMogul can do pretty much the same job for free. Also, TubeMogul distributes your videos to many of the same networks and specialty networks on request (as some of those networks have special terms and conditions about the videos you can send).

If you have the budget and you want to use Traffic-Geyser then go right ahead, the guys at Traffic-Geyser are great guys and really know their stuff. However, I hate paying for something I can get for free.

How long did it take you to build up to that $29000 figure in the image from your acct?...I trying to get an idea how long it might take to develop a few thousand dollars a month from this method?

Since the video views obviously have a lot to do with visitor counts and sales, would that be a typical number of visitors (56,000) for your videos.? ...Thanks for replying.

Surprisingly not that long Bruce, at present I have around about 30-40 active video campaigns running on auto-pilot (obviously you will understand if I don't give too many details here) but mostly in the financial and travel sector.

Most of the campaigns I have run have been CPA promotions which are very easy to convert with Video Marketing. However, one of my most profitable campaigns from last month (Which accounted for $3150 of last months income) was an Amazon affiliate product review that netted me $210 per sale (a high end $3000 video camcorder). This video campaign resulted in 15 sales. I used 4 videos distributed and promoted using the exact techniques shown in this guide and that campaign alone has only been running for the last 30 days.

These videos took less than 6 hours to research and create videos for and the promotion took a little longer but I was also promoting many other videos at the same time.

The bottom line, you can start seeing a return on your efforts almost immediately and once you get comfortable with the process and the steps I illustrate, the possibilities are limitless.

The way I recommend approching this is scale up in line with your comfort level. Get used to the entire process and set it on autopilot. I could go even larger with my campaigns but I have many other irons in the fire.

The 56,000 number was a nice promotional set of videos that built me a list of prospects for a new niche I was in, I have a mailing list of 18,843 people on that list now and that is a heck of a nice conversion ratio. The conversion to the CPA offer was also pretty reasonable and made me almost $5000 last month. Again, without giving out too much information, I show this exact technique in the Video Assassin course.

EDIT: To answer your question on conversions, it really depends on your offer, your videos and your pre-sales message. Conversions due to your skills improve with practice. I am no copywriter (a skill I hope to improve dramatically) and I get very good conversions using the techniques I demonstrate but if you match the right offer to the right market (and I show you how to do this) then you maximize your chances of success and profit.

You will have to forgive me, but I cannot really give out the niches I am currently marketing to at present. As you know, many marketers will not give out their money makers as it jepordizes their income when they apply their techniques for thie own use.

However, that being said, in this thread I do share some "broad" examples of what I do without revealing the exact videos I use and give some relativly specific conversion information and numbers to help clarify how powerful the techniques I share can be.

It's hard to answer that without giving away all the secrets and tactics contained in this video marketing guide.

It really varies on the market and the research which I cover in the guide. I often try 4 similar videos using the methods in the guide and split test. The one that works the best gets the most promotion and usually churns in the cash.

For the actual promotion I tend to use as many of the free promotion methods I can that I share in the Video Assassin course. Each one of them has their own unique benefit for YouTube or Google SEO and they are all very powerful.

That's a fair enough question. In the traffic screenshot I have above there are just 2 videos. However, on average I have about 4 videos per campaign so I can split test which I discussed previously and sometimes as many as 6.

I get very explicit with the many ways you can create engaging and interesting videos that drive people like mad to your site and the ways I turn video viewers into real action takers.

I cannot give you example videos without revealing the exact powerful tactics I use and thus negating the purpose of putting all these techniques and strategies in a guide.

The common problem is exactly as you have pointed out, the usual click through rates are incredibly low and that was where I turn everything you know about Video Marketing on it's head. Once you read the guide I am sure you will be amazed at the simple way you can create an incredible CTR without much effort.

Give us some real numbers that we can believe.
Here is approximately how mine work out 40,000 video views = 232 clickthroughs = 2 sales.
