so, you are selling us a website builder then we have to find people and convince them to use our website builder and pay us.
Since you said that we will have to handle the support, will we get a manual with problems what might come and how to solve them? If this thing gets as you say at 10.000 users, the support service will have to be something more than 1 person.
Are there any options where support is handled by someone else for a monthly/yearly payment?

I bought this builder last week and I simply have no words for it

Its easy, fast and beautiful.
All the promotion technique given to be was very helpful.
Got 19 clients in last 4 days of basic package already (approx $190/month)
One of the client is business package, paying more.
I recommend this strongly, one of my best investment.

Just a tip - please include the ability to add adsense code on users website.

Yes, you will get a detailed manual.
When you get 10,000 customers, you get $99,500/month, you can hire people to manage your servers and customer support for something like $100/month, but thats is only when you have thousands of clients, else the manual is more than enough.
Ill also provide a 3 month additional support to clear any doubts or queries you have. You will also have the hosting company help you to solve hosting problems you have.

Needed! OK so is mobile for all themes in the works? most builders offer that. Do i have full control of everything? How much per language? Can it give free trial for each package? How many templates does it have and will you be adding more? Can up sales be added to the system. will everything including hosting account go in our name? Are you just some how using the free hostgator site builder along with reseller accounts to make this work?
