In this coaching program I'm going to teach you how in just 4 weeks you can have a fully functional and operational internet marketing firm up and running.

I know that by looking at the scroll bar this might seem like it's too much to read but trust me it's pure info and no fluff.

First we'll start with what you'll actually be learning, as I said earlier this is a full coaching program that has a 4 week duration. Each week you receive a new lesson plan, and in each lesson plan are various modules.

Everything is setup chronologically so that you are guided step by step through the entire process, what this does is give you the proper structure so you can build your business from the ground up.

Here is what you will learn in this course:

Week 1: During the first week our main focus will be on introducing you to the business, how it works, how you can profit from it, and how to set the framework for your business. The first week is probably the easiest in terms of work load because you mostly just need to take in the information.



Module 1: Nature of the businesses and services you will provide - The first module is all about learning the ins and outs of the business and the various services that local businesses need. This is fairly simple reading and chances are you will already know most of it but it's a good review and it lays out the foundation for your business.

Module 2: Negotiating prices and accepting payments - In the second module you will learn about how to properly negotiate prices for your services and the various methods to accept payments. You will also be given some contracts that you can use and a few "pricing models" that you can use so you can decide if you should charge per project, per hour, share the profits, or even do a continuity program and bill your clients monthly.

Module 3: Outsourcing 101 - One of the key components of this course is being able to walk away from your business for a week or two and still make a profit, the only way we can do this is through outsourcing. You will learn what parts of your business you can outsource and how as well as which ones you will need to do yourself.

Module 4: Building your outsourcing rolodex - This module is fairly simple, we are going to compile a complete list of resources that you can use to outsource all of the heavy work such as design, programming, and other services. I'll point you in the right direction on where you should look, what services you will need and how much you should pay for them.






Week 2: In the second week you'll learn how you can recruit your own clients, I'll show you how you can hire a large sales staff on commission so it doesn't cost you a single cent to get started. We'll also go over some methods you can use in case you want to do the selling your self and what information needs to be provided to clients before, during, and after the work is completed.



Module 1: Hiring your sales staff - I'll be honest with you, "selling" is my least favorite part of this business but the good news is that we don't have to do it ourselves. I'll show you how you can hire a GOOD sales staff and only pay them commission on sales they make, this is a 100% risk free way to build your business fast.

Module 2: Training your sales staff - Now that you've hired a sales staff, they will need some training on how to sell your services. But don't worry, all of the training material will be provided for you. All you have to do is forward it to them and make sure they understand the basics, after that they'll be ready to start generating sales for you.

Module 3: Working with sales leads - So now that you have a trained sales staff, they will need business leads to contact and offer your services. I’ll show you the ins and outs of lead management and how you should distribute your leads to your sales staff in order to maximize sales. Normally you have to pay about $0.85 per lead but each member of the program will get 5,000+ unique leads of local businesses complete with all the contact information for free.

Module 4: Bum recruiting methods - Yep, I’ve taken bum marketing and transferred it to offline consulting. I'll show you several ways you can easily get new clients without spending a single dime and how you can instantly establish yourself as a credible authority in your local market.

Module 5: Managing staff and client communication – When it comes to business, communication is key, In this module you will learn how to properly manage and supervise your sales, SEO and design staff and how to properly communicate with clients to keep them satisfied.

Module 6: Secret for face to face sales - This really isn't a module, more like a short block of text but if you're doing face to face selling with local business owners I can guarantee you this will make a huge difference in your closing ratio. It's so simple, and it only costs $70. Trust me, you won't learn this anywhere else.







Week 3: The third week is all about the technical aspect of the business such as the web design, programming, and search engine optimization. I'll show you the methods that work for me and provide you with a few secrets you can begin using immediately to dominate the SERP's for local searches.



Module 1: Web design, CMS, and content creation - Generally speaking, offline businesses either don't have a website designed or the one that they do have designed is either amateur looking or isn't optimized for the search engines. I'll show you how to spot un-optimized sites and what you need to do in order to fix them.

Module 2: Domain name cheat to be on page 1 - This is a little secret that nobody is talking about yet it can give you a HUGE advantage over other competitors in the search engines, I’ve been using this method in affiliate marketing very successfully and now you can deploy it for your clients and almost effortlessly get them on the 1st page of google.

Module 3: My methods for quick backlinks - In this section I'll give you three very effective methods that I use for quickly building up backlinks and how you can offer backlink building as a monthly service to offline businesses.

Module 4: Major hole in google algo to jump to the top in local search - If you want quick and easy cash this is the way to do it, I charge local websites $500 just for this advice and every time they implement they come back to me asking for more services. It's so easy and it doesn't even take you more than a minute to explain it, it's also a really great way build credibility and offer upsells to your other services because they see the results within a matter of days.

Module 5: Local SEO 101 - Optimizing a website for local/city searches is actually very easy but it does require a slightly different approach than standard websites. I’ll show you what you must do and what you shouldn’t waste time doing. The 80/20 rule applies here because 80% of your SEO success will happen with 20% of your effort.







Week 4: The final week is all about taking your internet marketing firm to the next level, I'm going to teach you several methods that you can implement to immediately jump to the $5,000+ per deal level. These methods are a little more advanced an require a little more work but anyone can learn to do them.



Module 1: Offering your services to dentists, doctors, and lawyers - You will be shocked at just how bad these three professions will need your service, why? Because they're all spending $5+ a click! I'll show you exactly what services you can offer these professions and how you can rake in $5,000 per deal.

Module 2: Selling to elected officials - You would think that a political campaign could piece together a decent website to help get their candidate elected right? Wrong, but that's good news. Because now you can show them how to do it the right way and make a killing doing it.

Module 3: Swarm marketing method – In this module I’ll show you a very effective, and very lucrative marketing method that you can put in place for most consumer based businesses. It really amazes me that local businesses aren't doing this because it's so cheap and gives them so many new walk-in customers.

Module 4: Huge piles of weekly cash with nightclubs - In this module you'll learn a method I just stared using two months ago that has already proven itself to be a success. This method does require some investment on your side (about $1,000) but the rewards are that you will have a lifetime of guaranteed income within weeks. Don't worry, you won't have to wear a silk shirt or spray on a man-tan for this method to work, in fact you won't even have to step out of your house.

Module 5: Auto dealer marketing - Yea, who would have thought that car salesmen would need help marketing? Well they do and in exchange they are willing to offer you big bucks for your services. Like the method in module 4 this will require a small investment but it provides you with long term income in a business field that is ALWAYS in need of marketing.


Ok, so now that you have an outline of what you learn with this course I know there are going to be some questions. I have compiled a list of what I think are going to be the most frequently asked questions and have provided you with the answers. If you have a question that isn't on this list or if you feel like the answer didn't suite your question feel free to ask.


Will I need any startup money?

No you won't have to invest more money once you get started with my coaching program but it is always a good idea to have some spare cash available to use in case you need it. You may never know if you have to buy more ink because your printer ran out or if you'll need to use a service like efax.com to send a potential client an offer or a contract. But aside from small expenses like that you won't need to invest any additional money.

How much time does this method take?

Well it varies from person to person since everyone works at a different pace, but for the average user it will take you about 1 hour per day during the coaching program and then when you actually start doing projects you'll spend about two hours in the day. One in the morning and then one in the afternoon, obviously this will vary from project to project and is dependent on how much work you do yourself vs how much you outsource but it won't take more than two hours per day.

How much experience do i need?

You really don't need any technical knowledge such as designing or programming since most of that will be outsourced but you will need to have a basic understanding of internet marketing and search engine optimization concepts. If you can setup a wordpress blog, submit an article, or do niche/keyword research than you will have absolutely no problems learning how to do this.

Can this be automated or outsourced?

Yes most of what's in this course can be, and will be outsourced. With my course your main focus isn't in doing grunt work like programming or designing your main objective is to recruit clients and then keep them updated on the status of their website. But if you want to, I will show you how you can do the work yourself with minimal effort and time.

Can people outside the United States do this?

For the most part yes, this should work just fine in about any country outside of US/CA/UK/AU because you will still be able to target US companies and offer your services. You could do this with local companies in your country but you may have to slightly adjust the marketing and recruiting methods.

Do I have to do face to face selling?

No, you don't have to do face to face selling if you don't want to but It's always an option. My main focus with this course is to make it as automated and hands free as possible and the only way you can do that is by outsourcing as much as possible.

How long will it take until I make money?

If you apply all the materials you'll be ready to make your first sale during the third week or early in the fourth week. If you don't manage to make a sale by the fifth week I will personally work with you so we can find out what is keeping you from generating any sales.

How will the coaching take place?

The content is presented in various format depending on what I believed was needed in order to teach the information, some of the modules are in PDF, others are in video or audio, and of course some are a mixture of all three. As for the coaching/1 on 1 support that is all done via skype and through the members area which has a live chat option, support desk, and a private forum so you can communicate with other members.

Do I get live support?

Of course, I'm usually on the computer for about 4-6 hours per day and will be available to answer any questions you may have via skype. If you don't have skype the membership area also offers you a live chat option that you can use in your browser so you don't have to download anything.

Will i be able to do this on my own after the coaching is over?

Absolutely, once you go through the process of recruiting your first client and completing the project you simply need to repeat the steps for your next client.

After the initial four weeks will I still get support?

Yes, even after the initial four weeks of the course I will still be available to answer any questions you may have and provide you with guidance in case you need it. The members forum will also still be available so you’re welcome to use it as long as you'd like.

The only problem I see with my own experience to get someone to do business online they are not usually motivated. They do things they already know. It would be very hard to get clients but certainly not impossible.
