Update: Forgot to mention, the software comes with an easy automatic installation wizard. Simply upload the folder to your website and activate the software from your web browser.

That being said, if any Warriors should require any assistance during installation if you just don't feel comfortable installing on your own, I would be happy to set things up for you at no extra installation fee!


I just wanted to point out a few things about this software as ecdiscounts pointed out some stuff that seems to be scaring people away lol.

I'm not going to post some huge ridiculous sales pitch about this product. The bottom line is that this is a great program to build & manage mail lists for all of your IM projects. It has many benefits. It is obviously not for the heavy hitters in IM out there, but if you are one of the smaller guys, or even a big guy that needs a solution for a smaller project, this software works great, and with that fancy export feature, it only makes sense to start with a solution like this! You can also export all lists into one if needed. If you have a website, why not take advantage?

There are no monthly fees with IMmailer. You can build a list, send out auto response messages, do bulk mailing, manage a list and more all for a one time fee.

If you should ever want to do your mailing from another location, you can simply export your lists. It just makes sense, and at this price, why not grab a copy before you're too late.

What percentage of mail actually make it into someone's Inbox instead of their Junk box?

Hi there!

I can't give you any exact numbers as the tests have not been done. I can tell you that I use the software for my own IM business and I have never had any troubles with users not receiving mail from the system. Of course it really depends on what kind of e-mail you are sending that will determine where it ends up. I haven't had any problems at all with this though!

That would depend on your relationships with the many different email servers out there and how fast you want to expose yourself to being labled as a SPAMMER. Oh and if your webhost will allow you to send thousands of emails a day.

I have nothing against autoresponder software or anyone trying to run their own autoresponder to save a few bucks, but the reallity is most hosters will not allow more than 500 emails aday to be sent out and there are many ESP's that will not accecpt bulk email from a non registered bulk emailer with a dedicated IP.

And then there are those pesky subscribers that report you as a Spammer and get your IP locked out. It took me over a year before I started my own Autoreponder Service just registering with as many ESP's as possible as a Bulk Emailer to avoid getting locked out and being labeled a Spammer.

I know of many that have tried to run a autoresponder on their own and have been locked out of AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail etc and some that lost their domains and hosting from the Spam complaints.

My host is Hostgator. Do you think I might have any problems with them?

- Can I have an unlimited number of auto responder accounts and subscribers? Or do you think my host will limit it?

Hi there,

The program itself can hold as many subscribers/lists as you would like. This new version is unlimited.

As for Hostgator, they have a limit on outgoing mail per hour. Their limit is 500 per hour on the basic plan.
