Is there enough information in the initial purchase price ($6 right now) to put this method into action or is it necessary to pay the additional $20?

I'm not saying $20 is a lot of money for valuable training, but I'm just not clear about what the difference is. Is the $20 like an OTO, or is it essential?

I did join, but I have already received a promotion to buy the premium membership at a discount price. I don't have a problem with upsells. I just hope that it's not too difficult to make deals without this membership, as I'm not ready to take that step yet. Maybe after I make a few deals first

I agree about the dubious products out there. This offer might not be for everyone which is okay with me. If you buy and and decide it's not a great fit, I'm very quick to refund money and don't make you jump through hoops.

The $400 membership is not part of KFS 7 Days and is not required. If you're not a newbie and/or have money, I'm totally fine with you buying the membership. However, if you don't have money or experience, stick with KFS 7 Days.

Disclosure: I paid my hard earned money for this WSO. This WSO comes with PDF's and video's. Sample templates to help implement the WSO are available from a member's area. You also gain access to a Forum where there is lots of useful Posts and other information on Site Flipping. There is NO OTO. The video's are excellent. Very clear to understand the narrator (Chris) who explains exactly what you need to do in order to make this WSO work. These video's are then backed up by the PDF's to reinforce the information you have been shown in the video's. After spending a couple of hours going through the WSO I started putting into action what Chris had suggested and to be honest I have been over whelmed with how well the system works. I currently have over six deals in the pipeline! The other thing I haven't mentioned is that Chris is very accessible and provides lots of support and help in the best way to go with this WSO.
