I ordered 4 email packages. The first 2 were delivered with no problem.

I sent details for project #3 in May, but never received the emails.

I contacted Glenn many times, but never heard back from him.

I don't know what could happen to him, so I don't want to jump to
any conclusion. But here's the fact: 2 of my orders haven't been
delivered yet, since May.
