I'm too cautious to upgrade until I see results, when that happens I will happily upgrade. You can go forward but not back!

I tried changing the name on the screen that you indicate but it didn't work. However I made a second video today without using the ezine articles link and found that the Pat intro wasn't there and editing was a breeze. I also found that by using just one voice the sound was clearer.

I'm converting travel articles at the moment, which I think will convert particularly well with scenic images. I was pretty amazed that a photo of the Blue Lagoon in Malta with the sun shimmering down on it looked as if the sea was moving, almost as if it was a video within a video. An effect like that looks absolutely brilliant intended or not.

Hi Kymmy,

If You want to add your video to your wordpress blog, you can add it both as a new Blog Post or by Copy and pasting the HTML Code in your Blog.

When you click 'Add to Web/Myspace Button' on publish screen a widget will popup

If you want to use HTML copy and paste method you can just copy the HTML code shown in the box at bottom (encircled in blue in this image) and paste it in your webpage.

If instead you want to post it as a new Blog entry, you should press the wordpress button(encircled in red in the image above), it will bring up a second screen where you need to put your wordpress username and password and it will add the video as a new blog post in your blog.

I watched the demo a week or so ago and then found this thread.

I have two questions:

1) with the 125 video credits, does the submission to each portal/service use a separate credit, or does the submission of one video to all the portals count as 1 credit?

2) your "publish online" shot shown below for Wordpress, is that for a Wordpress-hosted blog, or is it for your own hosted wordpress blog? In other words, if I want to use on a blog I'm hosting on my own site, does that count as a download?

You do not need to spend any credits if you're submitting to blogs, or website. You get UNLIMITED online videos with this WSO. The only time you spend a credit is when you download a video or swf to your hard disk.

The 125 credits are for another service called VideoSubmitRobot.com. This is a separate site than ArticleVideoRobot that has a purpose of distributing videos online. That is for a wordpress hosted blog. For your own blog we give you HTML code which you need to copy-paste on your site. It does not count towards your towards your AVR download credits. You can create unlimited such videos every month.

yes, that would be 7 credits because you are doing 7 video uploads.

Again, for the benefit of new readers (since there has been some confusion regarding this), the 125 credits are for Video Submit Robot, a separate video marketing and distribution tool which is being given as a WSO bonus with the Article Video Robot (the software that converts your article to videos). Hi Inn,
Thanks for the interest and purchase. VSR opens in a popup so most probably it is happening because a popup blocker is not letting Article Video Robot show the VSR popup. Otherwise you should see a popup with Video Submit Robot in about 10-15 seconds.

Please see this URL for a list of common popup blockers which might be active on your system and how to disable them:

9 out of 10 this should remedy this particular problem. If not please leave a support ticket (or PM me) and someone from tech will look at it and provide you with a solution.

Hi Allen,
yes, your understanding is absolutely correct. If you do not download a video to your hard disk (SWF or AVI) then no download credit is deducted. This is for Article Video Robot.

Then there is a bonus tool called Video submit robot (which is a separate video marketing tool but we're giving it as a bonus with Article Video Robot in this WSO). Yes you will need to add your video sharing account at YouTube, Metacafe, etc (and create new as reqd) in VSR once for it to use that info to automatically upload the videos for you.

In the power account package, you get the one click EZA wizard (the one where you enter the ezinearticle url and it turns your article into a video) and the Full editor where you can control each and every step of the article to video transformation. The bundled advanced editor is needed, only if you need to manually edit the video elements and add buttons, frames, etc to your movie. Thanks for the clarification and your kind comments about the program

You must have clicked the Dynasubmit checkbox feature of Video Submit Robot. This is basically a feature of VSR to make your one video count as 17 different videos and avoid duplicate content problem with video submission.

The dynasubmit requires 3 credits total and as soon as you enable that the disabled boxes under the form become enabled (see screenshot). You have to edit those values right there. I guess you pressed next by mistake. Not to worry, I will file a support ticket for you and have the extra credits reverted ASAP.

thanks for the interest in Article Video Robot.

Regarding your 1st question, the content of any ezine article is a copyright of the author so anyone who uses somebody else's content without permission is violating that copyright in the same way as if plagiarizing the content. To protect the authors from such, we have stated in our member TOS that we will remove the offending video from our site when the original author contacts our support with a copyright infringement notification.

Regarding your 2nd question, you can add a video-wide link in both versions (power and business).

But with that said, there are a lot of differences in Power and Business version. In business accounts you can add other branding like logos, etc. Also there is big difference in the quality of AVI file. Business accounts exports video in HD resolution (i.e. 640x365+ native resolution) which makes the videos look richer and makes it easier to view. There is also an advanced video editor bundled with the business a/c (see screenshot) - which otherwise costs $149/year when purchased separately - using this adv editor you can customize even the minutest detail of your video.

(bundled advanced editor for people who want to customize the minutest aspect of their output videos)

Hi Russell,

I am really glad that you liked AVR. You can definitely add your website link and a short description which is displayed at the end of your video. You can add call-to-action phrases in description.

In HTML mode(for Blogs and social websites) you can pause you video at the last frame too. We have recently made some updates to AVR Wizard and have added some new features which includes some playback control features in HTML mode.

Yes, advanced mode do support an additional frame layout for your paragraphs which allow you to add your own video clip instead of images. In advanced mode you will also have access to our additional movie editor I was talking about in my previous post.

Was curious if there is a preferred method for uploading an MP3 voice recording tothe AVR engine that plays back as well on your web based app as it does on my local PC?

I've converted a client's voice (reading her article) but the play back is not as clear as the default text to speech to voices I've used in the past.

Would like to use my client's voice (she's an actress) vs. the defaults voices if possible.

I also think that if you offer something on the lines suggested by gonzo as quoted below (highlight mine), it would serve lots of us better who may need a smaller number of videos per month and would find the package more affordable.

Moreover, a smaller package with less monthly contributions would attract more subscribers so you wouldn't be losing on economic considerations also.

Having looked at your ideas I can see the merit in them, however they all have some form of restriction as to use i.e non download, download but on a per video basis with recurring monthly fee, pay and outsource.

I personally was looking for something that offered exactly as is available at the moment , with the power pack and submissions to youtube etc but on a lesser scale. ie say 10 -20 videos per month at a subscription price you think is fair and sustainable for your business.

I'm a little bit confuse. Based on my understanding, with AVR membership of $23.50 per month, I will also get 125 credits for free at VSR. The 125 credits will dry out once I finish using it and I have to pay more to get more credits. If I remember correctly, somewhere in this post earlier, you mention that this free 125 credits for VSR will not be renew after one month even though I keep on continuing my membership at AVR.

From your above statement, now you said I will have a new 125 credits for VSR with my AVR membership for every month. In simple words, basically I will get:-

50 credits for AVR + 125 credits for VSR = $23.50 per month

Am I correct here? Hope you understand my question.

I'm on the 14th back & forth w/ Ganesh on the MP3 audio upload issue. Has "anyone" been ab le to upload and use their own voice vs. the speach to text computer generated option?

My client loves the idea of reading her article to me that I convert to MP3 using Camtasia and then uploading the AVI file to YT, Viddler etc. and the 17x sites your engine auto submits (but) I've still not for the MP3 conversion to work as planned yet. Hoping you guys can pull a rabbit out of your hat so I don't lose this client.

Any good news on this front?

I love the concept of what the software can do
but I just don't see the voice reading and processing technology
as being very helpful to someone who is trying to maintain a reputation of having quality
content on their web sites.

If there was better processing software available and you could get your hands on it,
That would be another story...

I am quite disappointed that I can not use this software in it's present state,
unless there are significant upgrades to the text-to-voice processing technology...

When I went to distribute the video, there is an option to individually edit the title, description and tags for each site for 3 credits more. I clicked on it and then it took me straight to the Thank you page where it has the buttons, "Video Progress" and "Close Window" buttons. It didn't let me make the changes individually for each site. I lost 3 credits. Can you help on this?
