Thank you for your support! I am a fan of Eben's also. In fact this report and my complete system (which will be revealed in the May 2009 launch) focus on educating the prospect/client. Trying to design the material so that "they buy" as opposed to "being sold".

Just a follow up - had a chance to review your PLR report and the info on setting up the AR. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt first, but it's led to a lot of disappointment in the offline niche... HOWEVER, you really did a phenomonal job with articulating the benefits of an AR for clients!

For those that are looking for a report that really does educate the business owner through fact, and well written education style, this is your auto responder report.

I'm going to use some of it for my offline clients, as I come from the same school... selling through education is easier and more "partnering" with a business owner than any brilliant sales pitch. You said it right, they then "buy" and don't have to be "sold" They sell themselves for you, and you show them the results.

After reading the report and going through the consultation, I find that many of them understand the value very well. Once you speak with them an establish the lifetime value of one customer or client - that's usually when they really start to understand the true value.

For example, if the lifetime value of one chiropractic client is $2000 to $3000 and a direct response email system is responsible for turning only two prospects into clients, a $2000 fee for installation and management is well worth it.

The biggest problem in this whole equation is "US". At the beginning, I questioned the pricing and value also. I was literally giving valuable services away for "chicken feed". Now I have greater confidence and charge a lot more because when properly implemented, this stuff works!

The BIG Picture...

Millions or consumers have changed and are changing the way the shop. They are using the Internet and looking for local merchants. When they find one they feel will satisfy their needs and desires, they go spend money with them. Our job is to increase the merchant's visibility online and get them in front of the consumers.

My average per three month agreement on autoresponder installs and management runs approximately $1700. If they sign on for other services, I usually discount one service or the other. Also a LOT of variables determine pricing and results (i.e. do they have existing traffic or do they need SEO services to start getting traffic, do they have a website, etc.)
