I tried sending the reports in PDF format but the links broken, so I went back to the excel format. Any suggestions would be great.

Same exact problem here. Sent me a list of links in an XLS that did not contain any of my links, immediately notified him. Dude doesn't reply to several emails either.

I can not recommend this to other Warriors at this point.

Curious as to why you think those ultra premium aspects "should be included" I think thats asking a bit much.

I believe the service as described in the sales page indicates "backlink placements." Fran goes over and above to provide detailed reports with click able links, and the urls [ sometimes] for the RSS Feeds. I also know from first hand experience you many times get additional links you didnt pay for - a little extra Mmmmph .... for your money, in case the occasional link / account gets displaced. [ which can and does happen on most ALL sites ]

The service doesnt indicate FREE signup and registration services - so you can go back and add more links yourself later ? Ive not seen any other link service provider doing what you ask - for free.

The dude is not a machine - but a real person, who delivers with honesty and integrity. Mistakes do happen, and people do get busy and have real lives, and sometimes real circumstances take them away from their computer. As a fellow warrior and considering the warrior prices paid - piling on a guy who is infallible but makes it right, and works hard to correct any mistakes ... should get the benefit of the doubt.

Ive used Frans services and referred several customers - we are all pretty much raving fans. Ive not heard negative feedback from MY list. I also know Fran will strive very hard to make whatever issues you may have - right.

I do have a couple of other suggestions that should be part of your service namely:

1. The report should include the RSS feeds that you have already pinged.
2. Sign-up details i.e. email addresses, user names and passwords.

Did your links not get placed?

Did a corrected report get issued?

Exactly how long are we talking about between replies to your requests?

Because you send 10 emails in 1 day gives me no indication whether or not you have a legit complaint that merits this kind of harsh negative feedback.

Ive had exactly the opposite experience with these services as MaxReferrals. Seems rather strange to me.
