This does not reflect the quality of the product or customer service because Sharanyan and his team provides excellent service!Took me a while to land a first client because I am a complete newbie and... wasted some leads because I simply suck at sales... this is a career change for me but I am learning, so I expect to be improving with time.

Here i am sharing my experience with this product. I have been working on this system from day 1 after purchasing this.
All the materials are very helpful and we need to change the default settings, packages according to our requirements.
Everything is explained clearly in the materials that are provided and step by step explanation for how to set the things. It is very easy to work with admin panel. We can easily manage the customer orders, support tickets, project management & lot more...

Regarding your two posts above i will start by saying i do not know or am affiliated with the vendor, but am a customer from Tuesday just gone.

I have to say that for the price paid the product and the support from this company is the best i have ever seen. Support is 24/7/365 and when i say that it really is 24/7.
Why come back to this thread with support issues when you have within your product purchase no-less than three support areas to go to continually manned

The marketing materials may not be to your liking, but then they are only a start off - you may have to do somethings yourself ?

Anyhow cant hang around here too long too much to do with this great business opportunity.

I am just started to change the default settings to my own details as per my requirement.And the customer support also good. Their response time is very fast. Exactly You can edit all the front end contents,pages from Admin Panel . If you want to add New packages of course you can add this from admin panel, regarding Portfolio,Testimonial management also same.

No, System will automatically send the project details to your project management (Birdfather) team and team will complete and upload the reports from their admin console. It will be available on your website for download .

When you receive the marketing material from Brand manager, then you can findout Keyword rich domains from the list! complete the registration process and let us know your domain details via Helpdesk.
