First of all, you should never rush this process, we will find you a great domain to work with first!

Just got off of a Skype chat with Luisa as I had a few questions about the coaching. I have little experience with flipping and I am always looking to expand my online portfolio so for such a LOW price tag I took her up on the coaching offer. I obviously can't say anything about the coaching itself yet because my first session is tomorrow but I can tell you right now that Luisa is a very nice person and we had a great chat, she answered all my questions and then some. From what I was told during our chat, there are a couple ways to earn with this style of flipping...quick cash and the slower but more profitable flips. Whichever one you feel like doing, it's your choice so that is good as this allows anyone who learns this to make some fast money if they need it and when they don't need it right away they can spend some time and make a bigger ROI.

If you are experienced with setting up websites and know your way around the "tech" stuff (WordPress installation, etc), Luisa mentioned that you can set up a site in a few hours time. That's good to hear because it doesn't sound like it gets so technical and tedious you end up confused with information overload.

I am looking forward to learning a new income stream from her and I will update after my first site is sold...

If we were to devote 4-5 hours a day to this system, is it possible to build a monthly income of say 5k over a period of several weeks.....on a consistent basis? Or is this more just for SOS funds as per your title?

I ask because I know of some people who used to do this a few years back but claim it's harder now. I've never flipped websites or domains before so I know nothing about the business or how competitive the market is now.
