Sounds like a great idea, but I have questions,
(1) when someone run the script (manually or via cron) how far back in time does it check to see if the phrase has been entered?

(2)does it only check the users own followers or can it also be used to check those that the user is following ?

(3) is it checking for the exact phrase being entered?

(4) how many twitter followers do you have?

(5) what are server requirements to use it?

When you first run it, it will create a 'stop point' and not do anything. Basically that tells it to not message people from the past (as it wouldn't be relevant) and then next time you run it to message all users who have since posted that phrase

It checks all twitter users via the search feature

Yes you can check exact phrases (using quotes) or just the words you want to include

(4) how many twitter followers do you have?

On the example screenshot above, that was using 10 brand new accounts with less than 5 followers each
