Being in a sort of a limbo wondering what I'd like to try next to make money from home I decided to get Sheryl's Site Biz book. Flipping sites is something that never really appealed to me but lately when comparing options it seemed like something I should at least find out more about before deciding whether or not to even consider it. Part of what kept me away from site flipping was thinking that I had to make super sites or sites that are helping to generate a considerable income every month otherwise no one would want to buy them. If I could do that over and over why not just keep the sites for myself? Then I realized that flipping them could be very profitable by selling them for average monthly income times six to 12 months. When I began to see this site flipping became more appealing but deliberately making sites and getting them to make an income that could be multiplied by many months seemed like hard work. Sheryl touches on this in her book although the focus is quickly creating sites and seling them on ebay. I can see the potential now and the work appears to be worthwile but for now I thought I'd rather create quick sites and sell them. I had another problem. I wondered if quick sites could really sell that well but at least just as much of a concern was not really the simple idea of creating good, quick sites but what about management, dealing with customers, little things I may not foresee but should expect along the whole journey involving many things to do with creating sites and selling them on ebay. Sheryl's book flows well and I read it in one sitting. I think that someone who knows nothing at all about doing this sort of thing will be able to demystify it by reading Sheryl's site biz book. It's not just A-B-C make a site put it on ebay, but it describes an actual business model that is very doable and there's no harm in just making one or two test sites and simply selling them in order to test the waters. I also see that it is possible to make money with brand new sites and with some creativity a person can even turn it into recurring income on the backend, some of which Sheryl shares. Sheryl is also there after the sale for clarification and the money back guarantee, which I know she is good for (I've known her for more than 2.5 years so I trust her) makes this a no brainer for someone considering this sort of busniess but doesn't know where to start or just wants someone else's model to breath some new ideas into their own site flipping business. And you don't have to just use Amazon, Ebay or whatever. You could use Clickbank, CJ or whatever and modify it and come up with different spins on it. Why not sell your Squidoo lenses, etc., and use this model to make a profit with it? You can be creative but if you want to follow it exactly that's just fine too because it's a model proven to work and I didn't just find this out after getting the book. I've known Sheryl for a while and even though I wasn't interested in flipping sites I was very well aware she was already making money with it and I know her ebay account and have seen them sell myself. I'm very glad I got it! |

I purchased Sheryl's ebook late last night. I just took my first spin through the ebook and I have to say that it's right on target. It gives screen shots, helpful hints, and very good, well written manual. I've been trying to get into site flipping and this ebook along with some other resources that I've purchased here at WF should get me well on my way. If it doesn't work out it will not be because I didn't have the proper info. Well done Sheryl! |

Hi Alan Yes my ebook contains many screenshots to explain every step. I don't talk about where I source images, I do supply some templates for use. I recommend if you want images to use for flipping sites to use public domain websites since most of them are ok to use for commercial use. Photos from sites like dreamstime and istock are only for personal use unless you buy the license to use them for commercial use which can get quite expensive. I will pm you now with a link to a site Sheryl |

92 no-fluff, illustrated step-by-step pages on how to build sites that will actually sell on eBay. First-rate, professional job.

Hi Shaun If you scroll down page 1 of this thread you will see a second screenshot which was taken a week or so ago. My income varies, when I list 2 or 3 sites a day then my income is up around the $1000 mark, lately I have been working on other things (including getting this product ready for launch) and so I haven't been listing as much and am probably only around $300 a week at the moment for that reason.
