I will explain how it works ![]() @mrsforex: Of course... like Intrepreneur says, just look at the first post on this thread ![]() @Shaun: Nothing wrong with hostgator ![]() Seems like you put the wrong "Amazon Category", pick the one most related to your niche. ayaw, Thanks for the help that you have given to me,I got my first one up and still need a little more work on it, but it's up Thanks for all your help Ayaw. Say Ayaw how hard would it be to add to your script so that it could also pull from other affiliate sites like how you have in the Featured section and that way they could compare the prices from other sites or something up in the header, something to just help us keep the sale, I know people jump around looking for the cheap deals or price. Got myself a copy and wanted to share general impressions for those wondering: The script does exactly what it says it will do: based on your keywords, it fetches and posts product listings complete with images, pricing etc from Amazon. I had no problems installing on my host aspirationhosting.com I placed mine in the root of the domain, instructions are included if you want to place it in a directory. The script has very few settings and configurations and unless you run into server / host problems you should be up and running in 10 minutes. You can configure the colors etc of your site through the CSS but the pagefiles lack <!-- comment guidelines for whare the different page sections are , so expect to do some digging if you want to redesign the supplied template. On the other hand, the pages are configured with separate header, footer, etc -pages so it is not hard to find the different sections. A dynamic listing of completed searches adds to the sidebar content. The RSS feed is (correct me if wrong) only based on this search result listing. The logic is perhaps that the search listing is the only evolving content as all the rest is from Amazon static products. If there are no completed searches, requesting the RSS feed returns a error message so make at least 1 search to start populating the feed. Supplied Privacy Policy page is ok with up-to-date info. Very easy to implement your own adsense etc. Obviously, you need to be a Amazon affiliate and get a free aws key. Design is simple and a bit dark and will take some work to brighten and redesign the page setups if you want that. if you donīt want to edit the design you need close to zero programming / html knowledge and should have your shop up in no time. The only thing apart from Amazon ID that you need is a webhost, domain and access to upload files. The script is well worth the money in my opinion. |

Guys don't worry about duplicate content as Google is eating all my sites pages up. Page 1 on Google for lots of long tail key phrases and have made 6 sales in the first 2 weeks of promoting my sites. To stop product you don't want on your site (horse shoes) then create product categories, e.g "jimmy choo shoes" instead of just shoes |

Question for ayaw: With the free version of the Associate-O-Matic script you get the commission 9 out of 10 times, and the remaining 10% of the time you share your commission with Associate-O-Matic. Is this script like that? Or do we get 100% of the commission, 100% of the time? Thanks. |

I have several questions: 1. Is there a way to delete books that do not pertain to your niche? For example, books on the great depression versus issues depression help (mental health)? Or does it depend on your keywords. The books are mixed on the page. 2. Categories: When clicking on the links they go to my 404 error page. How do I correct this? 3. Is there a way to limit the amount of text describing the products? Sometimes it covers most of the page. 4. On some pages, the products have no images attached to them. |

@mrdomains: thank you for your review ![]() @soundsgood: you will take 100%, I will take nothing :P @jwillin: on categories section, you must replace " " (space) to "-" (dash) to limit your description, you can add several code just email me, I will tell you how to do it.to exclude some items, I'm still searching at the aws documentation on how to negate the search. for some items, the images won't show up because the aws don't provide the data on regular search. @warrior0112: Amazon A Stores (K. Scovil) = templates for amazon astore Reviewazon (B. Johnson) = need wordpress Auto eStore = stand alone please correct me if i'm wrong... @Shaun: yes, I'm still here... forgive my absence because I change my Internet connection to faster speed. Here's your tips. When choosing a category this is your keywords. Your main Keywords are Handbags One of your categories are gucci-handbags When you put gucci-handbags in as your category what this does is goes to Amazon and returns everything that is the same as typing into Amazon.com "Gucci Handbags" Therefore your category is basically returning to your site every product that Amazon returns for those searched words. So you can use Amazon.com as reference to find the right keywords for what you want to appear. Then the Search Keyword for Gucci Handbags would be "Gucci" that way when you go to the Gucci Hanbags category on your site it wont show up "Found 10,000 Gucci handbags hanbags" but rather "Found 10,000 Gucci Handbags" Hope this makes sense and helps you all. |

@k60mall it's possible, if you can mod the code... but it's a bit hard to implement since auto estore don't store the generated data on database. @thomas I have generated more than 100 sales, but I decide to continue this offer until the new version is ready I think, It's on the end of this month ![]() all the best, ayaw |

A QUICK GENERAL ALERT: In the header there is this line- "Get Discount and Cheap Deals and browse our product list" You might want to edit the word "Cheap" right out of there. At least here in the U.S., the word "cheap" nearly always means "Of poor quality." As such, it is not a word I would put on any of my store sites, unless it was expressly a site for inexpensive products, advertised as such. It is a "bad word" for most selling purposes. "Affordable" is a good substitute word, and "Discount" is sufficient anyway. I guess I wasn't really paying attention, because I uploaded several sites and then thought "Hmmm. I need to go back and edit that word right outta there!" It is easier to edit it out (It's in the header.php file) BEFORE you go uploading it andputting up a bunch of sites with it. Ayaw, you might want to take care of that for future downloads of the script. Otherwise it is a terrific script already, and I'm sure future updates will make it even better. Elliott |

@Elliott oh... thanks Elliott. Before your explanation, I always think "cheap" means "low price" and it's good for keyword targeting, because lots of people search for "xxx deals" or "cheap xxx". so, I put it there to increase the visibility. Thanks for the correction, I will remove the 'cheap' words in future ![]() all the best, ayaw |

I have no problem with the word "cheap"... What I do have a problem with is the design of the stores created with this script. I wish the layout and colors were a bit more professional looking. Actually, that's the only thing holding me back from buying it! |

Hi all, For those who bought, how are your stores going? I purchased and had a few questions, for anyone who might be able to help. 1. How do I set-up the rss feed to technorati and others? 2. Is there an easy way to make some simple edits? Like change the background color? 3. Can I add an extra product category or two on the home page above the 9 that we have? Thanks much! |

Sorry for the late reply. 1. The feed is automatically generated by user search try to search from your search-box and you will find that's added to your feed. To submit it to technorati and mybloglog, just submit your main url. your feed will be automatically discovered. 2. background color can be changed by editing the style.css 3. yes, email info@autoestore.com we will send you the version that have ability to add more than 9 categories. ![]() UPDATE I just got back to my city and everything is sorted out ![]() thanks all.. all the best, ayaw

the rss feed works depend on user search. It's empty if your sites is just built. To generate it, just search 1-2 times from the search box to generate the feed item. No, you don't need to change anything to claim on technorati, just go admin->widgets->sidebar to put the claim code and remove it while it's done. ![]() all the best, ayaw
