Odd question but here it goes: I know a lot of information in any market is just old information that has been repurposed from different angles and twist. Dave Ramsey is a good example of this. He packaged himself brilliant and combined some good ole' common sense to create a killer brand/product for himself. My question is do you give us any clues on how to repurpose old content (general knowledge) and make it your own so to speak?

I'll be joining either way. I recently a rather good paying job but only need 3K a monthly to stay in good shape. I'm thinking I can do this with your approach.

Looking forward to your thoughts on my above question. If you know of any sources that teach this, please let me know.

Sebastian, I responded the moment I woke up I hope my responses answered your questions

Neal, when you're working with clients you need to take on the role of a journalist/reporter/researcher. Repurposing old content takes on the tone of just rewriting or using what is out there.

My methods include gathering and synthesizing content from a variety of different sources to create unique articles clients are paying for

I do go into how to rewrite PLR and public domain when the client asks for that.

However, is something is considered general knowledge, you can always use it

I'm not sure of sources that can help, but if you can clarify a little bit more I might be able to think of something.

Does this involve setting up an ongoing relationship with just a handful of "permanent" clients, or are you acquiring different clients, month after month? Also, is the marketing for yourself done strictly online, or is there a need for face to face or phone contact?

Hi kbayer,

The way you handle and choose your clients is entirely up to you. I tend to enjoy having the permanent clients who give me work month after month. I like that because I know what they expect.

No matter what your preference is, you can't predict what will happen, so I go into ways to get new clients whenever you might need to. Sometimes your clients won't have as much work, or you'll get tired of the work, or something else will happen.

I have only ever marketed online. There will be times where a client will want to talk to you over the phone to clarify things, but that's between you in the client. In all the many dozens of clients I've worked with over the last 1.5 years, I've only had about 4-5 who wanted to talk on the phone.

I try to cover as many aspects of finding clients as possible -- though I certainly have my favorite ways. In all honesty, finding clients has never been an issue for me. It's all about making a name for yourself, and then they come to you.

I cannot tell you how long you would need to put into it. I make no income guarantees...just the knowledge I bring from having done it within that timeframe myself and helping others reach that in the past.

I CAN tell you that I worked much longer hours when I first got started (between 5-10 hours a day). My prices were low ($6 an article), and I had to work very long hours in order to reach my income levels. Soon enough, I raised my prices and streamlined my process and my hours decreased dramatically.

I'm sorry if this doesn't answer your question -- but income promises are a no-no, as are promises about the hours you'll work and the timeframe you'll reach it in.

My promise to you is that I'll do everything in my power to coach you to that level, and to provide the best materials I can to help you reach that level.
