Basically this wso has a lot of solid info. (honest) in it. If I had dropped the measly 47 bucks on this back when I got started in cpa (june of 08) it would most definitely have cut my learning curve down and I surely would have made more money as a result.

Ok so I bought the video series this morning and watched "some" of the video's and here's my take on it.

1. Pay Per Click Marketing Video:

( Content Network, Search Network, Keyword Research, MySpace PPC, Pre-sell Landing Pages, and my personal resources)

I thought this was very good. There were 7 videos in this series and I watched 5 of them. All of them were good except for one that while not bad was not nearly as in depth as I had hoped and that was the "Content Network" video.

What really disappointed me with this one video was the fact that I bought this wso specifically to learn this one skill. I'm actually going to put out a plea to Leiva to see if you wouldn't mind creating another video to expand on this one section. What I had hoped to learn in addition to what you already taught in that video was more specific's on Placement Targeting such as....

1. When selecting URL's to target that we add into Adwords for our ads to appear on how best to setup the campaigns and ad groups. For instance should there be multiple campaigns? How about adgroups? Would we have one ad group for each targeted URL we want to place the ads on?

2. If we have one targeted URL in each ad group then we could then have one very specific ad created for each site (actualy PAGE) we target so it could be a VERY specificly targeted ad to that very specific page. This means if the PAGE title were "how to cure acne" our own ad could be "Looking to cure acne?" so the user sees that and is like "damn, year I am looking to cure acne"!

Do you ever do that Leiva? I know this would take a long time to do all this by hand, but talk about being specific which would probably lead to a very high CTR.

3. How about more info on the pro's and con's of CPM vs. CPC when using placement targeting? Should perhaps we start with one then when certain testing thresholds are hit then it signals that maybe we then go from one model like CPC to switching to CPM? I really have no idea.

4. How about tracking! I would really like to see a video specifically showing how to track a "Placement Targeting" campaign. I don't know of anyone who has ever shown how to track a Placement Targeting campaign to show me how to figure out winning sites I have targeted (maybe it can't be done for Placement Targeting?) and if my ads are good or not.

I desperately want to try Placement Targeting, but since I don't have a clue how to properly setup tracking for it and know how to weed out losing sites and ads I can't get started in fear of losing big money trying to figure it out on my own. Can this be tracked in Prosper202 or even in Google Annalytics? If so how and what are the thresholds that signal changes such as tweeking ads or cutting a site or ad all together?

5. How about ad rotating? What to use for that, and would that screw up the PPC campaign tracking if say one ad sucked while the other was good, but the bad ad pulled down the overall stats of the campaign so it kind of skews the results?


2. Web 2.0 Marketing Video:

Very good video. Again I really only bought this wso for the Placement Targeting video, but I watched a few others like this one and it was quite good.

This was probably the best video of the set (at least of what I've seen as I haven't watched them all). I think those looking to give this type of marketing a try will learn a lot from this video.

4. Adbrite + Media Buying Video:

( How To Setup Adbrite step by step, How To Use traffiq.com, What Kind of offers, and what size, How to find websites to buy ad space on.

Another worth while video. Would like to know if a person would be better off testing a CPA campaign with PPC (whether Search or even Placement Targeting) first then move to this Ad Brite model or the other way around? If your landing page converts for one type of marketing would it then also work for the other?

5. Email Marketing Video:

( Lists, Server Rental, Writing Ads, Tracking, Domains and IP rotation, My personal resources for all of this included)

I didn't watch these.

6. Niche Finding Video:

( Using My Secret Tool To Find Profitable Niches, How To Attack A Niche, Why Having more than 1 niche is profitable longterm)

I don't remember this one? Was this the "Keyword/Competition Research" video listed under the "Pay Per Click Mareting section? If so I think I had a good reception to that one.

7. List Building Video:

( Why You Need to build a List, How to sell to your list multiple times, Why Mike Filsaime/Frank Kern have such huge lists, How To Generate thousands of list subscribers within weeks.

Of all the video's I did watch this was the only one I could say I got nothing out of. I don't like to be critical, but honestly I thought this one should have been left off the list all together.

8. Search Engine Review Selling Video:

( How I approach certain products and sell them through review pages, keyword research, PPC + SEO combination)

There wasn't an actual section in the ebook with links to video's with this name. Is it possible this is really stuff associated with another section of the ebook?

All in all this was a good set of video's. And let me add that I've never seen a larger, more clear (visually clean) set of video's anywhere before and the audio was crisp and clear with Leiva's speach easy to understand.

I think 90%+ people would be very pleased with what is presented in this wso. My one gripe was a personal expectation in that I was hoping for much more detail in the Placement targeting video.

I've been searching for a long time for a course that can teach me all the in's and outs of Placement Targeting. I even bought the software tool "Placement Intelligence" from another Warrior's wso a few days ago specifically to find me specific sites to place my ads on to give PT a try, but because I don't know all the specific's to how to properly setup a PT campaign including using CPM or CPC (and when to switch from one to the other), proper bidding and bid adjustments, tracking, criteria for weeding out the good from the bad and ad rotation I can't possibly start a PT campaign and hope to be successful. I really need a system that gives me ALL the steps and gives me the best chance at success.

Leiva's video's are crystal clear and I'd really like to see him create a dummy account and go through a PT campaign setup from begining to end with all these things I mentioned (and more if I missed something important) in the video. If there's a video course out there showing how to do all this I've yet to find it. What an opportunity for someone to be the first. Of course it may be that no one does it because it makes money and so no one want's to share the spoils with us "unfit/unworthy" marketers.

In conclusion if the Placement Targeting thing is not that big a deal to you or you already have a grasp on the tracking and other skills needed to do PT then this video series will not disappoint.

In this case with the Online CPA Secrets WSO is no different. A few posts state that this course has been copied. Well, lets take a look at it.

Are the videos and PDF report written and produced by someone else entirely and this individual stole it, are putting their name on it and selling it? Is YES, well then, yes this wrong, a copycat, recycler, thief etc. etc.

However, If I pay for a course, regardless of what it is and after taking the course using the information that I was taught to start a business, there is nothing wrong with that. In the real world they call the college.

I.E. Let's sat you go to college to be an accountant, they teach you tax laws, methods and strategies for saving your clients money on their taxes. Once done with school, you start your own business as an accountant or maybe even start a coaching program on how to be an accountant.

Same difference here, if this individual took a class that they paid to learn something and then took what they learned and turned it into a profitable business system...WHAT"S the difference???

The tax strategies were created by someone else many moons ago, but there are new accountants emerging all the time and they get LOTS of business.

Myspace, Google, Adbrite, Yahoo are you the creator of these marketing systems?

Did you enhance these platforms? NO you didn't at all.

These are all open marketing resources, no one has a right to them. Its like saying his coaching program was created from another Pay per click formula 2.0 course that was sold before it, or if someone came out with an ebook about myspace marketing, he took the info from the ebook and put it into his coaching program.

Also (mobuck), no one is saying anything BAD about his course. If someone wants to pay him $1,000 for 1 on 1 support, and coaching then they have the right to.

You should go on all the other forums and start saying "hey you took my PPC information", because at the end of the day all this information has been around for many years, just new enhancements and updates have been implemented by different marketers and the platforms themselves have changed.

I won't get into the "you copied me" arguement other than to say, I've never seen the other program and if I was asked to put together traffic systems for CPA , it would be very similar to Matias offering, I'm afraid nobody has a monopoly on their knowledge or how to implement them.

Matias has done a solid job with the WSO and most people looking for ideas on how to drive traffic from various sources could do a lot worse,m especially those who are struggeling to turn a few hundred bucks a day.

Before we both got to busy we actually worked together on a couple of projects and we both do very nicely from CPA, he's probably one of the few with a WSO , much like Jeremy who actually make money in the real world from what they are showing you.

Way to many folks on here simply providing information with no practical validity in the real world.

Although I have not spoken to Matias before, I have seen his contribution even before he took cpa-coach course and If I'm not wrong, he took Luke Sample course too... and his contribution before cpa-coach course already shows that he is experience in this field..
why ? because I took cpa-coach course before he did... hehe

As far as your PPV video you mentioned, he has removed that from his program as far as I know because he said the information was too "basic", and he doesn't specialize in that area.

You don't need to see my reciept because I found your course for free on another forum, and after I went through it, that's how I found out that you took his methods.

You know what you did, and if you were really a "Legitimate" CPA "Expert", then you wouldn't be stealing people's methods. I think some people on the other forums actually call you a "Recycler" when you do things like this.

Look, I don't know you personally, but from what I saw in his coaching and in your videos... it pretty much gave me a bad impression on you, and reminded me of the past times I've been scammed.
