Yes, the software does give you e-mails to ids in a certain niche. However, it is up to you to determine what you do with them. In the report, I give several examples of how to use these e-mails and none of these can be considered spamming.

After harvesting the e-mails, you can send e-mails from any e-mail client you want including gmail. I do plan an updating the software with an auto emailer function very soon.
